Whether there was business to do or not, it didn’t matter if I waited for an hour to finally order something, and finally chose to leave. The service lady should tell the waiting guests in advance and advise you not to come to avoid getting angry.

We understood the economy is affecting many small business owners and understaff has become a norm. We ordered Shao Long Bao, Pork fried rice and spicy wonton. The dishes were served together. All dishes were warm but hot. The wonton were all stuck together and even the Shao Long Bao is not as hot. So I assume they probably have wonton and fried rice ready while waiting for the Shao Long Bao. The quality of fried rice is good though. The Shao Long Bao is also above average compared to many other Shanghai restaurants. The spicy wonton is not recommended though. Hope they can solve the understaff situation soon otherwise when Noodle St opens, they might face a much more severe challenge.

The worst restaurant I have ever eaten in LA. I ordered 5 dishes, and surprisingly each one tasted worse than the last. The local three-yellow chicken is just wood if not dipped in soy sauce. How does Marian Duxian manage to have a salty taste without any aroma of salty meat, tofu skin and bamboo shoots? The most outstanding thing is the beef fried noodles, a large plate of dry noodles, a few shredded beef and large cabbage sticks, with a dark color and only the taste of soy sauce (maybe soy sauce). The only one who could insist on eating was the smoothie... The waiter was impatient throughout the whole process. When ordering, my husband asked if there were any frozen dumplings and buns that could be taken away. The waitress seemed to be greatly insulted and said "We There’s nothing frozen!” Turn around and leave! ? Summary: Tasty, expensive, poor service. Strongly not recommended.

Absolutely love this place! Pan fried pork dumplings are soooo good and also the beef wrap! Honestly, i have yet to have anything bad here. Best dumpling place out here by far. Especially if you don't want to make the drive and pay the prices at DTF.

If the store is not open, the Google map should also be changed accordingly. It was the first time on Thanksgiving that I saw a sign on the door saying it would be closed until the 26th. I drove back here today and looked at Google Maps, which also said it would be open. I found a new sign posted on the door. The paper shows that it has been postponed to the 29th.

Horrible experience with the service over there. Waiting too long which is fine but the owner ‘s attitude makes us feel very uncomfortable. Won’t go there ever again.

I go in.and 80 percent of the tables have chairs on top etc. Waitress goes oh I don't have a table for you? You still want food? 25 minutes. Like wow way to make me feel special. xLB were tiny and we're not worth it at all.

Not sure what the problem at the restaurant is, but walked in with my family to get lunch. Hostess, maybe their owner(?) didn't even greet us. Took us to the table and just threw down the menus and walked away. Didn't ask us if we wanted water or drinks. Waited about 15-20 minutes to order food and we just decided we would spend our hard earned money else where. Pretty embarrassing.

& Dim Sum is an incredible Shanghainese-style Chinese restaurant, and I must say, it is always an unforgettable culinary experience every time I come. The ambiance is welcoming and bright, creating an atmosphere that perfectly complements the cuisine. The menu is really a culinary journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Shanghai, prepared by a top chef hailing from the city. Each dish is created with so much skill and love; a testament to the chef's dedication to authenticity and quality. I always get the xiaolongbao, which are delicate steamed soup dumplings; braised pork belly; sauteed cabbage; fried pork buns (shen qian bao); pea tips vegetable dish; rice balls in rice wine dessert; spicy wontons; shredded pork fried noodles; and the yang chow fried rice. The dishes always come out piping hot, and all of the flavors of each dish are always perfect; always the perfect balance of flavors and textures. It is truly evident that the dishes here are always crafted with immense skill and care. I always order their refreshing iced lemon tea, to complement the rich and savory dishes. Also, the attentive staff is always more than happy to provide recommendations and make sure we have a memorable dining experience. & Dim Sum is an absolute gem run by the kindest, most hard-working husband and wife couple. Support mom/pop restaurants! The amazing food is really a testament to the passion and expertise of the chef, delivering high-quality, authentic, and homemade-tasting Chinese cuisine. If you're looking for a taste of Shanghai in the heart of Chino Hills, this is the place to be. Don't hesitate to come to explore their incredible offerings! You'll love it here.

Food tastes okay. The portion is very small now and it's not worth of the price. Wish the portion of food is more and back to original quantity.

This family owned and operated Chinese restaurant is truly remarkable. Outstanding authentic and homemade-tasting Shanghainese style that will impress! They make the best in everything, I especially love their Sheng Quan Bao (small fried buns with various meat fillings, mine being pork), their veggie dishes, slow braised pork belly dish, dumplings, xiao long bao dumplings, spicy wontons, their noodles and rice dishes are all excellent , as well. The owner-chefs truly pour their hearts and souls into the cooking, which you can see, feel, and taste! The ingredients they use here are of highest quality, and the chefs are truly talented. I'd come here everyday to eat!! The restaurant is in an open , big parking lot , located next to Kahoots Pet Store , near the 24 hour fitness. My family and I can't get enough of the food here! service is always top-notch , very friendly and attentive people, and the facility is extremely clean, as well!

The service was horrible, no ac, I asked for extra napkins and a extra chopstick (I dropped mine) and the lady hesitated like she was questioning it. The food was very bland, the XLBs were unsavory, the black vinegar looked and tasted like it had been watered down, when we asked for ginger slices they only gave 5 thin ones (there were 2 of us). On top of everything our fried rice had a few strips of metal from a choreboy.
