Food was very good. Service was very good. Cleanliness was almost ZERO. We thought that we will come back to bring our friends since the newly introduced mutton soup was yummy, but when my husband went to the rest room, all that was good turned to a big dismay. Restroom was so very filthy. It was a big embarrassment. The kitchen floor was wet and dirty. Hey, will the management of Boiling Point please fix this??

I took a long break from Boiling Point because of so many previous disappointing visits. I came back a few times recently to see if anything has changed. An update to my opinion, it's "just okay." You get more food per pot now and it is a little cleaner than I remember, but service is hit or miss depending on when you go. It's either really great or absolutely mediocre. There are limited pot customization options, so people with dietary restrictions might have some issues. The table spacing is a little tight, so try to let the servers know if you want to sit in a particular area. All things considered, this location is better than Rowland Heights. Wait times can get kind of long (about an hour), but I usually come on weekend nights so I can understand the wait. Regarding cleanliness, I have to admit that it has generally improved since last year. The table edges and sauce containers are clean for the most part. Sometimes though, the seats are dirty when they seat me or my friends . I have also seen some of the plates have a weird white residue. Kind of gross. Willis, Lauren, Keno, and Pearl are my favorite service staff here. They are always so attentive and friendly to me and my friends whenever we come. They are fair and kind with all the costumers, even the ones that don't know how to behave or wait their turn. This negative review is mostly to dig on the restaurant. Some of the people working here are awesome! Sorry your workplace sucks.

Came on a Tuesday when they opened and left right before 12 and surprising there was still some tables open. I got the beef mild - Meat portion was a lot better than before - Rice + soup is refillable for free - Lunch time comes with a green or black tea All for less than $20 a person The garlic bean paste is my favorite dipping sauce. I didn't have any issues with the staff. Our server was quick to take the order and assist with any request we had. Something to keep in mind when you do come, it's COLD AF inside! And pretty dim which I didn't mind at all. I'll be back

tl;dr delicious food, wonderful service, but frustrating payment system. My sister, two cousins, and I came here as soon as they opened, and we all had their beef hot pots. We thoroughly enjoyed them and appreciated the good service from the waiters, especially when it came to refilling rice (AYCE rice now!!), refilling broths, and turning our fires off. The table was also very clean, and none of the sauce containers were dirty! The issue we faced happened at the end of our meal though. I tried to pay via credit card, but for some reason, the payment didn't go through. After waiting about 5-10ish minutes, I had to go, but my sister stayed behind. Apparently she waited for ~45ish minutes before they eventually told her that the payment system was down, and that she would have to zelle them the amount?? I get that this was probably something that was unforeseen for them too, but having my sister wait that long was unreasonable. It's just frustrating that this had to happen, but it's even more annoying that it took them this long to come up with a solution.

Service was awkward and unfriendly. Got food poisoned the evening after. Not coming back

Service is very poor, we are waiting for a table for 5 people and ask them how long is the wait and they said 20-30 mins but we've been waiting for more than the time they provide. It's almost an hour and ask them again and said the waiting is another 20-30 mins since there is no seat available but I've seen people with 4 people sit in a table that can accommodate for 5-6 people.

Came on a Saturday night around 5pm no wait but it filled up within the hour very quickly! We had 2 beef soups one mild (slight spicy) and one super spicy! Meat portion was good! They do rice refills too now! Servers were Attentive and constantly offered soup refills and water refills which i appreciated! Tables were clean! We never have issues at this location everyone is very nice! Great meal for a cold night!

Went as a party of 2 on a Friday night and estimated wait time was an hour. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes. We both got the beef soup. I've been to other boiling points and this one has the most attentive staff. They came to check on us every 10 minutes to see if we needed anything. The food is the same quality as the other Boiling Points I've been to and it's always delicious.

If I can give -100 stars I'll give -100. It's been long time I don't go to this boiling point since the pandemic. I usually don't leave review but today I had really bad experience. Me and my friend ordered spicy beef pot and curry milk pot , hers tasted like something stinky and mine tasted like dusty just like they never washed their veggies or something fell on the ground and they just put it back without washing. The curry taste horrible! I couldn't eat it and as soon as I got home I threw up. So did my friend. As chino hills resident I feel so embarrassed that we have such a horrible hotpot place. I'm working in food supply industry, they just gave the worst quality of food(the cheapest fish balls , frozen veggies)and charge really high price.

Went here with a friend and waited outside longer than usual which I thought was fine with me until I started noticing people who got here after us started getting seated before us. turns out the lady skipped our number but told her and got seated after. However the waiter we had was very nice and the food was pretty good too which made up for it :)

Together forever

Came here on a Monday afternoon and waited for 5 minutes. The Taiwanese Mala was really super spicy, the spicy beef pot was full of beef, the soup was sweet with Chinese cabbage, and the large intestine was really delicious! Very cost-effective for internal use!

This was my second time coming to this location and both times I was extremely disappointed. There wait times are very off. My first time here we were told an hour wait. Once it hit an hour we checked on our status and they said we should be soon. It ended up being another 30 minutes. The second time they said the wait was 35 minutes, and we ended up waiting 50 minutes. While we were eating our meal, so many tables had customers raising their hands waiting just to order. This location does not have enough staff to support the amount of tables they choose to serve. I had ordered an Old time milk tea with pudding, they brought me a green tea. When I told them what I actually ordered, the new drink was still wrong. Both times I went, when we asked our serves even just for cups of water or napkins, they would forget. Many of the employees have "trainee" badges here. Will not be coming back here.

This location was a MISS. I went here for dinner and it was busy, which wasn't the issue. The service was on the lower side. The waitress was having a hard day so i understood the lack of customer service. When she brought us food, she was very rude and had a kick of attitude. As for the food, don't even order. The broth tasted like raw fresh meet. It had a lingering cow smell and taste. We ordered two different pots and they both tasted like this. The location was very dirty and the tables smelled.
