Because I live nearby, so I go often.....Every time I go, I get upset because of a cashier.Other servers are friendly, but if they are not suited to the service profession, they should be fired.I took a picture of him, but I won't post it here.....

This is he second time I’ve been here in two weeks and the first time they wouldn’t bring any utensils out, it was dirty, none of the tables were clean and the trash was to the top. Second time the guy was standing at the register and I waited for 10 minutes before he decided to help. I don’t recommend this place. At all

Rice was hard. The workers are great there is one that seems so rushed thou not sure if the owner or not but I think it is the rushing of things is why they may not be getting things done. The rushing makes it a Chaotic feel. I know it is busy pace but sometimes just a step back can bring more.?♀️

Dirty kitchen with food taken care so poorly by the staffs. They don't even wipe the foods lying around the trays and even the wiping towels were so dirty. I used the restroom and toilet papar felt little wet as if it was dropped on the floor or into the toilet. My genital area started hurting after I used the toilet paper here. It was too late to undo when I felt there is something wrong with the toilet paper. This location has to be reported to the city

If I could give this place less than one star I would. This location has not had their stuff together for years. Decided to place a mobile order for the first time in a while and I was quickly reminded why. Clearly the workers are not being paid enough to handle the volume resulting in turnover and employees not caring.

Had to eat something before going to TJ nearby. Most of the reviews on here are pretty accurate , this place is a solid 2 stars. The food is not consistent it depends on the day you go in and who is cooking. Today the food was not up to a hot enough temperature when we got it and it looked sad. Likely I won't be back sorry chipotle I think we're done with you.
i always order online here since it's close to work. today i got a quesadilla with white rice on the side. i picked it up and before leaving, i opened my order. they forgot my rice - no big deal! i've worked in food in the past, so i know it's the worst when customers go off on something that can easily be fixed. i let the cashier know, and he was very rude about it. he made me feel like it was my fault that they messed up on my order. i asked for some vinaigrette on the side, and he rolled his eyes. looking at their reviews, it doesn't seem like their staff is the friendliest. never ordering here again.

Terrible. Halloween night, waited over an hour to be told it will take another 30minutes for food. I ordered ahead using the app, didn't even get the $6 special since the app (which was required for the $6 special),doesn't have a field to put in the discount code. Since it was 830p, and they were still filling orders for 750p times, I gave up. Can't get a refund via the app or the store, so they gave me the toll-free number to call. Nobody answers "surprise!!!!" So passed that i my time being polite and patient. I don't blame the staff or the MOD, but upper management that allowed this craziness to happen. Chipotle has lost a customer for life.

The food is good, but Y'all need to cook with Avocado Oil and Olive Oil. Canola and fake vegetable oils ( seed oils) are so unhealthy!

Deleted my last review because I thought I went a little too crazy but I guess not!! because how are you guys still messing up on online orders . i dead a$$ ordered the same thing every single time. not to mention one of the easiest things to order. a kids meal seriously how are you missing that up. Also, the orders are never out on time which takes time out of my lunch ... not cool man.
