I love El Pollo Loco, but definitely NOT this location. Whether it was the poor feeling that I got in my belly from consuming the sub par food or the way it looked in the containers. I couldn't stomach taking a picture and showing everyone, because you would definitely lose your appetite. If it wasn't for my extreme hunger from not eating all day and the $38.40 price of it, I would have counted it a loss and disposed of it all in the dumpster. From the wilted lettuce and brown avocado to the leftover looking and soft chips of the nachos everything was bland and sloppily put together. I will not be going back to this location again. I was going to do the survey to let them know, but their feedback expired in 72 hours. Guess they don't want to hear from their customers after that.

I ordered 8 piece leg thigh family meal. Just after I paid, I noticed that on the menu there is a Festive 8 pc family meal, which is $2 cheaper than the regular meal and with one extra large side. When I placed my order, I was not informed of this deal, and I have to say, any restaurant would have at least asked if I would want that instead, as it is cheap and has more value. Not to mention most restaurant would just go ahead and apply the better deal. Unless the special deal requires a coupon or something. The worse part is, I then asked the staff what is the difference between the Festive and regular meals, he said, it is cheaper and has one extra side, and with a tone which sounded like "oh because you did not ask".....I am sure he knew why I asked that question.....because I realized that I am paying more for less, just because they did not bother to let me know! The overall service quality was really bad, and all staff had attitude. I did not feel like I was welcomed. Really bad experience. I also saw that most of the other customers were eldery or those who did not seem to care about customer services. I am not sure if that was the reason why the staff there did not care. But let me tell you, of the money I pay, I would say 50% I pay for service. If service is not good, no matter how good the food is or how inexpensive the food is, I will not go. I am sure I am not the only customer to feel that. Thanks for listening.

I ordered through the app. When I went in to pick up my order I was overwhelmed with a nasty smell. It smelled like a sewage issue. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. No one said anything or apologized for the smell. Not sure I want to eat the food.

My order #1619, I purchased a pollo Loco Family meal with an additional 8 pieces. The mashed potatoes smelled and tasted sour. I called them, spoke with Maria and she said I've been the only complaint they've had and offered ro replace my side. No Thank you, I just wanted to let you know so you can stop serving the sour mashed potatoes.

Went here yesterday and when I got my order the food tasted way off I ordered the chicken chipotle burrito. I also got a pink lemonade that tasted like water. Long story short I got food poisoning right after eating here. The customer service was also very horrible going through the drive thru. The young man was very disrespectful as I was trying to order he yelled hold on instead of saying I'll be right with you. Don't go here it's not worth it, unless you want to get sick !!!!! Wish I could put 0 stars for the Simple fact that I can't stop throwing up this food as we speak .

It's 4:45pm on a Tuesday, no one in line. My daughter and I have finished our food and I needed a lid for the Pollo Bowl. There were about 5 workers during the time I stood at the counter for almost a minute, although it felt like forever. There were 2 cashiers in front, one female with colorful hair and the young man who took my order. They are packing orders with their back towards the counter but turn around a couple times to assist another woman. All the while, I still go unacknowledged. Both workers spoke and laughed with the woman and never asked if I needed something. I finally spoke up and said, " Can I have a lid for a Pollo Bowl or do I have to get it myself?" To which the girl immediately replied, you don't have to be rude, you could've just asked. She must be out her non-customer service mind! That's what I was doing after being ignored because I wasn't the right ethnicity. I won't mention the race of all the employees working but they catered to this woman for a reason. I had to let the girl know I worked for Andrea and her mother before. That changed her attitude quickly. Poor customer service makes me cringe. I know times are tough but certain people don't belong in customer service roles.
