One of the most depressing things has been finding out this fazolis has shut down. It has been my comfort food spot since 2010 when I moved to this state. It was there through all my highs and lows, qualifying exams for PhD, the dissertation, everything. I will miss this place and everyone who ran it for the past 14 years.

The food is decent, and the size portion is great for its price. They gave us one bread stick vs. two per meal. We called them and the person said she would compensate for us on our next order. Not sure when we will return...nice clean ambiance though.

Food was so good but the lead employee gal working was so incredibly sweet and courteous it made the whole experience great. I feel employees like this girl should be recognized, as they make you want to return business even if food isn't perfect. However the food was also SO good! Thank you!

Yesterday afternoon I dined at Fazoli's, and I was helped by Freida. She was so warm and welcoming the moment we stepped inside and gave the best service I've experienced in such a long time at a restaurant! She was truly attentive and had a big smile on her face the whole time. She was wonderful, thank you Freida!

Been here more than once. Good food. I prefer the chicken Parmesan over penne . Service is great and always friendly. Always trust ordering through the drive thru. That's why I always come back cause trust is key.

My go-to for cheap and fulfilling Italian. The food is always fast and filling. Unlimited breadsticks are great for larger parties. I had the baked sampler and was pretty satisfied. If I had to say something it'd be that there really wasn't much protein outside of one meatball but it was still accurate to the menu description. Service was fine, no complaints about the ambiance either.
