So there making use the kiosk machines also you don't have several blended drinks ???I don't recommend this place the staff is rude ! Theres plenty of places in Chino hills for boba

First time going to a Gong Cha. Tried this one since I was in the area. I ordered one drink and I was the only customer in the place at the time. The first time they gave me my drink, I noticed they forgot a topping (boba) and I noticed and mentioned it to them. They remade the entire drink and handed it to me. Gotta say that they took a long while to make it.. that's fine if the drink tasted good. The boba was undercooked. The taste and service won't make me want to come back again.

My husband and I love boba milk teas , so we decided to try out this place. We came tonight around 8:25ish pm and we were the only one inside and ordered our drinks (2) and mochi nuggets. A few minutes after there's three group of people came by and ordered. Mind you... all of them got their orders first and we were the last one who got served. He asked the server, michael about out order and looked confused and doesn't know where our order was. So , we just waited then noticed that everyone got served, I got pissed coz we've been waiting and been passed with three different orders. He said my drink takes a little longer time coz it's hot and takes longer to prep BUT I got my drink ( taro milk tea) lukewarm already. At least give my husband's thai tea first if it was done already instead of serving and giving everyone's drinks before us. There's so many boba places around Chino hills and we will never come back to this place. Bad customer service, same taste like other places, nothing special...I just like the clean and easy access to parking. Hopefully other people have better experience than us. We will just bring our business somewhere else.

I see some up and down review. But I guess it depends on the barista. I got the Wintermelon milk tea and it was perfect including the boba which had a perfect melty texture. I would recommens this place.

The service of other tribute tea is good and delicious, but I didn’t expect to be treated rudely at this store today. My husband was queuing up at the counter to order. I wanted to use the bathroom because I was not feeling well during pregnancy. I asked the staff, and she actually Said that I had no consumption so I couldn't give me the password of the bathroom door. At this time, my husband and I were very disappointed, and we had no mood to spend, so we left directly.

The drinks were good. I love how you can customize the level of ice and sweetness. The place is really clean. The service was pretty good. They still wear masks which I appreciate.
Went with my family and my mom and I ordered taro smoothies, one 50% and one 70%. The woman made them both at the same time (in the same blender) and I watched her pour both drinks into our cups. Then she turned around and gave them to us. So I commented that she didn't follow our order with 50% and 70%. She lied straight to my face and said she made them separately even though I literally watched her make and pour them. They tasted like both were 70%. Also, not sure if there is something wrong with the AC, or if they were trying to save money. We were sweating while waiting for our drinks. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Been to other Gong Cha locations many times, so hopefully this one will improve.

Always consistent with with their drinks. My go to are the London Fog Milk Tea and Panda Milk Tea. Love their drinks and the service.

Parking: free parking. It's located a few doors down next to the bowling arena.Service: we went on a weekend afternoon and surprisingly no one was in. A small party came in after we ordered tho but definitely not crowded. They were pretty fast. They couldn't get my rewards to work so I couldn't get a bogo 1/2 off deal that I intended to use. Food: got the large boba milk tea with 25% ice and 50% sugar ($6.25). I wish boba stores had a 10% ice option which is like just 4 ice cubes or something. Cuz 25% ice still had a bit too much ice in it. But the sweetness was great in my opinion. Didn't overwhelm the drink but still allowed the tea to shine through. I think gong cha seriously has a different tea cuz the aftertaste texture doesn't leave a bitter or sappy feeling. But a nice creamy and smooth feeling. Whenever I'm craving boba, gong cha in general is one of the ones I'd pick.
