Food poisoning ill never est st jack in the box again, was the only thing i ate all day l, luckily i dudnt even eat it all, the spicy chicken sandwich was refried who knows how many times. MAYBE ITS GOOD U WILL BE MOSTLY.ALL FIRED U DONT DESERVE 20 AN HR O WAIT FOR ROBOTS NONE OF U WILL HAVE A JOB AND OUR FOOD WILL BE PERFET EVERYTIME!!!

The girl took forever to take my order. I was at the speaker awhile. They took awhile to give me my food. And they forgot my drink. I had to ask for it. Then she said oh you didn't get it? Well if I got it, would I be asking for it? POOR customer service!! When I left, she just shut the window! Will not be returning there!

It was a bad experience. We waited at the door in the morning and saw that the sign was open at 6:30am. We arrived at 6:20, so we waited on the drive way, but there was no one to meet us. We entered the store at 6:35am and were told it wasn't open until 7am. The store is clearly marked 6:30am, and the store is also marked open. If you can not open on time, please announce, so as not to let everyone waste time.

This is THE WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to. My order was incorrect and after driving back there to get my CORRECT order the person at the window was very rude and it took 10 minutes just to get a Jr Jumbo Jack. I will NEVER go back there and I’m calling the corporate office

I've been here 2 times and both times I have been treated with great customer service. Even at very late hours. Didn't catch their names but both were male latino employees. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

went at 10:30 pm. well aware it was closing in 30 minutes, which usually isnt a problem, and all signs said it closes at 11 pm, along with the yelp page. Went through the drive through (lights are all on, including the menu lights, cars parked outside) and nobody was responding. Waited for a good 5 minutes and wrapped back around & did it again. Very obvious someone was trying to hide and ignore customers for the rest of the night, considering ive seen the place when its actually closed multiple times.

We went to this JIB on Sat Sept 16 and ordered a Loaded Breakfast Sandwhich and it had MOLD on the egg. We went back and spoke to Cassandra the shift lead and asked for the Franchise owner to call us. We waited all week and NO Call! My daughter got sick the next day.

Mediocre burgers that are not truly 100% beef as claimed. Most premium burger meals are close to or over $10 now. Meals do not look like the menu photos.
