Always swell, sandwiches always great , staff is great , friendly. On this particular day a rude Karen went out of her way to ruin everyone's day. As hard as she tried , staff prevailed and was extra friendly to said Karen who than got on her phone and proceeded to speak loudly for all patrons to hear about how annoyed she was for whatever reason, she probably was on the phone with multiple managers. I typed in my shore points and high tailed it out of there. Will be back!

Brittney was fantastic! We came in at 8:40 and they were prepping to close and we were still greeted with a smile and great energy. We like Jersey Mike's however this experience has made us definitely want to come back. Employees like Brittney are what help a business truly thrive when there are already so many choices in where to eat. Super happy with our dinner choice tonight and she did a great job on our sandwiches too!

Please Change Your Gloves!Employees keep on the same Gloves while handling food and the cash register. Disgusting !I guess Covid didn't teach us Anything!Gloves should be changed after each sandwich is made.Not make a sandwich and ring someone up and go back to making sandwiches.When you ask the employee to change their gloves they give you an attitude!

Went here for the first time yesterday, it was very nice. Very nice and clean inside. I got the Club Supreme and my boyfriend got the Tuna Fish, both Mikes way. The meat and cheese were cut fresh in front of us, and I love the vinegar and oregano on the sandwich. The two ladies behind the counter were very nice and patient. Will definitely come back.
These are always my favorite sandwiches. Tons of freshly cut meat. Veggies are always nice and fresh as well. And microwaves on the sandwiches is excellent.

I ordered catering for a party I was having for my daughters. I came in the day before to order and the young lady that helped me (sorry I did not get her name, I think a manager)she was very patient while I told her what kind of sandwiches I wanted. During trying to order she was also being the DJ telling one of the workers to change the music. I felt like the music in there, rap, was a bit loud and obnoxious, and I also asked the worker to change the song that he had put it on. We got a good laugh out of it but if I was to try and sit and eat lunch in there, I would not be happy especially with my kids and if there is cussing on the songs and subject matter. Anyway , as far as my order, the lady said that she could cut the sandwiches to make them go further, (4 slices as opposed to 3) as I explained to her that the sandwiches were for a kids party. I also let them know that one of the young girls has an allergy, and that one of the sandwiches should not have any cheese on it at all. She noted that!The next day my order was ready on time and it was correct ... everything tasted fresh and they gave us tons of extra peppers and condiments, as well as napkins. What's the point of ordering ahead with a pickup time if they won't have it ready? I could of just walked in and ordered in the super long line that was there. 4 people working and still couldn't have my order ready on time. Super annoying. This is not the first time this has happened. Wouldn't waste your time if you're ordering ahead.

Giving a 3 star rating because we picked up an online order and it was completely wrong. Sandwiches were made incorrectly, and I didn't have time to go back and have them make it right. I would advise you go in an order in person to ensure your sandwich is made just the way you like it.
