This place has super delicious food and high quality groceries. I love coming here every time I'm in the area because of their menudo and burritos. They have soft carne that's perfect for dinner or parties. The chicharron is so good, but pricey. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for good meat to cook! The service is always fast and friendly.

I like this place- especially the salsa verde - but I made the mistake today of ordering the special: tortitas de Cameron nopales. I had no idea that translates to slimy shrimp flavored pancakes in enchilada sauce. Rice, salad and beans were excellent.

I was looking for a good burrito and decided to give them a try. Husband and I got asada burrito. It was gross. The rice is yellow lol not red orange (maybe it wasn't Mexican rice idk). The way the season the meat looks red. But not only the color threw me off the flavor ain't good and meat was chewy. I am mexican from Pomona so I know what a good burrito taste like I been to all the corner stands but now I'm in chino hills so I don't want to drive all the way over there. Service was ok. I like all the Mexican goodies they have there. I will b coming back to shop but never again their food. I'm only giving 4 stars bc it's awesome to have a little store like this in chino hills. This stores are convenient at times.

One of my favorite spots in West Covina and there other location in Chino Hills too, you have to grab a pack of there Lario's flour tortilla's , also try there pork Tamales there great, also daily they have specials that will keep you satisfied, trust me you won't be dissapointed.

Their orange marinade Asada is still the best quality and tasting Asada I've ever had. I've been going here for years and can still remember the first time I had a piece BBQ'd. Buy the meat and grill it yourself well worth it. My buddy from Vegas said he has never had any meat since that was this perfect.
Customer service has gone way down over the years and I've been coming here for at least 8 years. Came in the other day and ordered nine tamales to go. I was given a greasy bag and it seemed like an inconvenience for them to give me two plates utensils and some green salsa. For 9 tamales what am I going to do three small cups of salsa? I decided to not push the issue and request more salsa, I wouldn't mind paying for it if that was the case, but the language barrier was difficult to communicate otherwise.

Fresh meat counter is always great but tried the beef and chicken tamales and they were super dry with no flavor and little meat. Waited about 15 mins for the tamales due to they are not fresh but frozen and this could be why they have no taste. STAY AWAY from the tamales and enjoy everything else.

Meat is fresh and perfectly marinated. My fave are the costillas (riblets). I find them hard to rate because most places don't marinate them well but this place does a great job. Worth the price. Highly recommend

Always my go-to spot!! The carne asada marinate is fire and the carnitas and ceviche that they sell is always bomb. They have everything you need for a local meat market. Even the breakfast burritos that they sell are super delicious. Slowly but surely I'm knocking down every food item that they have at this place
