i had placed my order via their mobile app and i would note that they don't have very good deals or offers so i just opted to get a classic pepperoni pizza with a side of the crazy bread as well. once i arrived i walked in a few minutes before notified by the app that my order was ready and they told me that they were just about to box it up. i was happy that i decided to go inside to check if the food was ready and they were also nice when checking it for me. there's plenty of parking available and other businesses nearby also.

Pizza is fine...but don't order online for pick up. You set your pick up time and it won't be ready. Asked for 6pm pick up...pizza wasn't ready till 6:39...no apology or reimbursement. People showed up and left before we got our pizza. At least give us some crazy bread if my pizza is gonna be 40mins late.

When you need to feed kids fast and not break the bank this is the place to go! I can call in an order and it's ready in 10 minutes! Chris helped us out and was very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Pizza is my kids favorite food.

It's a hit and miss at this location. For one, they don't ever the phone when i try to order ahead of time. The pizzas are sometimes undercooked or over cooked. The crazy bread sometimes either has the right amount of seasoning or no seasoning at all.
Just wanted to acknowledge the service we received from Ravi. He provided friendly hospitality and a quick, positive accommodating attitude. He knew we were there to pick up, and I said how long would it take if I order an identical pizza right now. He said, I'll get to it right away... He knew I was here for a TMobile deal, and the transaction would be thru the app. Just as soon as I showed him the payment process, he went straight to work. We were delighted at how fast the pizza was ready. Thin crust pepperoni was piping hot, delicious. Great experience. Thanks.

I’ve only been to this location twice but each time it hasn’t been busy and they haven’t had a classic regular pepperoni available. Have had to wait 15-20 minutes which makes me wonder about how long it’d take for larger orders. It’s also pricier than neighboring locations I’ve been too. If you have the time, I’d recommend going to a neighboring location to get a pizza hot-n-ready and for a cheaper price.

I pre-ordered and prepaid a deep dish pizza on 4/13/2023 at 6:32 p.m. and scheduled it to be picked up at 8:30-8:35.When I got there at 8:30, the lady behind the counter (who wasn't very friendly and had poor customer service skills) said the pizza was in the oven.I didn't get my pizza until 8:50.When I got home, I opened my pizza box and was so confused. This was NOT a deep dish pizza but rather something... unexplainable.I called and the girl said, "Oh, we ran out of deep dish pizza dough and had to make it like that" because the fact she couldn't tell me while I was at the store was irritating. They could have offered to fix it or offer me something else, possibly thrown in a complimentary side or whatever. But no. They gave me a pizza I didn't ask for, let alone order, and parts of it were doughy and undercooked. I just don't understand why communication is hard.I wish they could have potentially saved the deep dish dough when I put the order in since it was paid for, or at least offered me a regular pizza or something.
