Our server was great! He was kind and helpful! The food was amazing too! There wasn’t much of a wait time and I got seated quickly!Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals for kids and the menu would keep them entertained the whole time! The server was also friendly with them and was kind!

I placed an order for the super feast for our Christmas Eve dinner and I did not get what I had ordered. I had ordered the beef ribs and instead was give baby back ribs. When I called and spoke with the manager Justin, I was told they ran out of what I had ordered and they gave me a substitution without notifying me. I asked for the very a least a credit since I didn't get what I had ordered, Justin was callous, rude and refused to give me a credit. I will never be back there again. They also gave me a green salad with Caesar dressing when I had ordered a Caesar salad. Just a terrible experience.

Exceptional service and delicious food! I chose this place to celebrate my birthday this year, and the nachos with brisket were absolutely delicious. The generous portion even made for a satisfying lunch the next day. Though the chips were slightly soggy, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his two-item combo, consisting of chicken and ribs. We also loved their iced tea and watermelon tea—it's incredibly refreshing. And let's not forget the biscuits and honey butter—absolutely divine, even if the calories are a bit indulgent! ??

Too noisy. Conversations and laughter echoed making it difficult to have your own conversation at your table. Problem with credit card receipt. We left a cash tip but a 1 was placed in front of the zero on the cc receipt and resulting total altered from a 7 to an 8. Not cool. Receipt had already been signed before the alteration. Complaint is still pending.

On march 20th, my girlfriend and I came to Lucilles to have dinner. She is muslim and cannot eat pork, so we decided to order the “TEXAS-STYLE BRISKET SANDWICH” since it was described as a beef product on the menu. My girlfriend was cautious, so she asked 3 separate waiters whether our meat was pork or beef. They all said that the sandwich was beef meat. We proceeded to eat our food and go home after finishing. We came back to the restaurant today, April 6th, and ordered the same menu item. I brought my girlfriend with me again to break her Ramadan fast and for my birthday. However, we were confused because we ordered the same labeled item on the menu, the “TEXAS-STYLE BRISKET SANDWICH”, but received a different looking and tasting sandwich. We called over our waitress and let her know about our previous visit and were wondering why our sandwich looked and tasted different. She let us know that it was most likely pork we ate last time. We were appalled at this. My girlfriend was so upset that she couldn't eat and began crying. Being a holy month and a devout muslim, she was devastated that she was misinformed and was tricked into eating pork products our previous visit. The "manager" came, and we informed him of the issue. by the end of the conversation, we were disgusted and insulted by his response. He seemed dismissive of the severity of the issue and kept asking us what we wanted him to do. Finally after realizing that he had no sense of the gravity of the situation, or sincere concern over the disgust we felt, I finally asked him just to bring us boxes to go. After the horror we experienced, I did not expect to have to pay for our meal, and wanted to leave. While he leaves to do this, the waitress lets us know that he would be comping our meal as compensation for our distress. We both felt like this was the least he could do. When he came back, he left a bill, having the nerve to still charge me for my meal, instead of comping the entire dinner. I was insulted by this and demanded that he be called back to our table. His excuse for doing this was that only she was muslim, and since her dinner was ruined he only comped hers. He also kept mentioning that what had happened was "in the past" that he "can't change the past" and that he "wasn't there" and was "skeptical" of our description of how our previous visit had gone. His lack of empathy was blatant and clear. If someone had come in later complaining of an allergic reaction from a food product, they would not be disrespectfully told their suffering was "in the past." Religious dietary restrictions should not be treated so negligently.Overall we feel absolutely insulted by the “manager” Daniel and his dismissive, rude, and condescending behavior. I am absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated tonight. My family has cumulatively spend TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars at this restaurant since its opening. We cater and dine here for nearly every holiday. Birthdays, mothers days, fathers days, celebrations for achievements, etc. The betrayal, disgust, and mistrust I now feel towards this restaurant is beyond me. I can promise that Lucilles has lost dozens of customers over this incident, and will never get a cent of my money ever again.I would also like the incompetent “manager” Daniel to know that what his employees did is illegal and discriminatory, and that this establishment is liable to be sued for their negligence.1. Food safety regulations violations for mishandling of meat products2. Consumer protection violations for providing false information about my meal3. Discrimination laws, for disregarding and not properly handling specific dietary preferences communicated by a customer based on their culture and religion4. Violation of contractual obligations to provide foods that have accurate descriptions of their content5. Violation of duty of care by failing to accommodate our clearly communicated dietary restrictions.

The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly and outgoing but a bit forgetful. We were seated in the enclosed patio during the rain. It was often cold and we ate with our jackets on.

I've been here plenty of times. The food and service have always been great even when they're really busy. Unfortunately, today we had a really bad service. Started with our waiter Roberto being rude. We had a group of 10 and we kept getting the wrong drinks taken to our table. After the 2nd time, we approached Roberto since he hadn't been back to the table since he first took our order of drinks. We let him know that we kept receiving the wrong drinks. He response was " I'm too busy to attend your table right now, if you want me to attend your table you'll have to wait 30mins! " The 3rd round of drinks finally arrived correctly. We didn't see our waiter again until we all finished eating and he dropped off the wet towels. We were going to order desserts but because of his service, we just requested the check. The table hadn't been picked up and we hadn't received any refills throughout the time we were there. Bad service = No tip. Roberto still chased us down outside and asked for us to go back inside. Once inside he complained we didn't leave a tip and he deserved a tip. We told him about the bad service and how rude he was. He swore that he deserved an $80 tip. No manager bothered to stop by and see what was happening because this interaction was not quiet. We were both arguing about the service and that he didn't deserve a tip since he obviouslydidn'tt have time to attend to us. My dad, who didn't want to deal with him crying, still gave him $100 tip.I'm not sure what Roberto was going through today because the establishment wasn't busy at all, but he managed not to care about attending our party and acted like he was forced to be there. We'll definitely not be going back again if Roberto will be attending us because he also stated to never request for him.

My family and I went to the Lucille's.on Saturday. We really love Lucille. Unfortunately. We had a bad experience. We have to wait a while for server to come to the table. Then when the food came, we had to wait for the server to bring us straws But service was really bad. The server was nowhere to be found. We have to keep asking people to stop us.. It was no manager on the floor that we could speak with very sad. Never going back to Lucille's Chino Hills.
