Best flavor on Ceviche so far in SoCal! Guacamole was also full of flavor. Waitress was very helpful explaining everything. Very nice place. Ambiance was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Must try for mariscos & more! Came in on a Thursday afternoon and I can't wait to come back again! Items ordered: - Pescado a la plancha - Cevicharron - House Tostada: El Güero - 1 dozen of oysters - Micheladas All the food was delicious, the restaurant's service was exceptional. Shoutout to our service & bartender that made sure we had everything we needed and was willing to answer any questions we had. The ambiance was lit and music was good! I couldn't get a picture of all the food we ordered but everything is a must try!

You know it's sad. I really enjoyed the food here, but the service from my waiter today made it an experience that was unenjoyable. I came with a big group of people and we ordered a lot of food and had drinks but the server Ofelia G, was very disrespectful, unapproachable and rude. She forgot my order and by the time my order came out, everyone else had already finished eating all their food at the table. She told me that the reason was that the fryer was already being used which I knew was an excuse because this is a restaurant with more than a couple tables where multiple people could be ordering fried food she was making excuse, and in fact, after I called her out on it, she walked away and stopped serving us. another thing I forgot, is that in the beginning we had to ask her for plates, napkins and utensils. She never even once came and asked us for refills on the water. She just was not a good server. I should have tipped her nothing, but I felt bad and still tipped since I understand it's a business, but she didn't deserve one dollar. The least she could've done is apologized and brought a beer on the house or gave a discount or something. I regret not asking for the manager, but I will never be back here because of it, it's unfortunate. The fried fish was really good had a lot of flavoring and their cocktail camaron Were really good. But never again they really should teach her customer service.

Went to pick up 80 dollars of tostadas. And ALL tostadas were stale. Tried called to complain and never got a response! Worse ever.

The Mecheladas were really good and the Baja Tacos were perfect. Definitely will come here again when I'm in chino. (:

Agua Chile wasn't good. They used lemon that weren't good and gave it a bitter taste. I told the server an older guy with glasses and his response was "oh". Then he over charged me $80. This is the first time I wasn't satisfied with the service or food.

How many $1 oysters can you eat I would eat a dozen alone. I can eat more but I would be too full to try anything else and I do not want to miss out on that They offer a wide range of seafood dishes to try. My eyes couldn't help but want everything, but thanks to the waitress, she was able to provide me with her favorites and customers' favorites. Also provided to tell me in great detail on some dishes to help narrow it down. Remember, it doesn't hurt to ask for assistance on the menu. Fun facts: Mariscos El Guero Baja Style Ceviche Bar is a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh and delicious seafood. They specialize in made-to-order ceviche, using the flavors and techniques of Baja California. Here's what we ate * Fresh Pacific Oysters in a half shell | a dozen On Wednesday you can get this for $1 each. That is a major steal. Any other day it is $24 for a dozen. They have specialty oysters that include other seafood toppings. I need to try those next. What I need to try next is their bloody clams. * Baja Molcajetes | scallops, seasnail, shrimp & fish, abalone, cocktail shrimp, and octopus So Fresh and So Delicious * Papagayo Shrimp | stuffed bacon-wrapped shrimp served with rice, salad, tortilla, and sauces. Bacon + Shrimp + Fried is a win! I believe they offer this as an appetizer as well if you don't want all the extra. Next time I am doing that. That alone was BOMB my bf and I were fighting for it. * Pescado Frito | fresh deep-fried whole fish Like I said many times before when a business serves a whole fish, you know it is good. This entree is their most popular dish They have 4 other entrees listed as the most popular and it looks like I have to go back to see which one is best out of the 5 Which one are you getting? No wrong answer because all is good, literally.

Very pleased with this spot. Shrimp Tacos were good, service was great, Brianna was super sweet with us. The Adelita drinks are AMAZING I had the tamarindo and my sister had the pineapple. They were both DELICIOUS. Will definitely be back to try more things on their menu.

My favorite mariscos/seafood restaurant in Chino, CA. Their ceviches are always fresh and taste really good. Tacos are good, and I especially recommend the callo de hacha tostada, it's spicy but very tasty/fresh :)
