Just now I ordered 3 crispy fried chicken burger for the child, also a spicy crispy fried chicken burger, when the child is almost finished, we found that some places are not cooked, or raw! It was the first time I had a hamburger with raw meat and it was very bad ☹️

Iv come to this location about 7-8 times over the course of 2 months and EVERY SINGLE time Iv asked for a shamrock shake and there happens to be a reason why they don’t have it. It’s either been “oh sorry our machine is broken” or “sorry we ran out” seriously? There’s no way your machine is broken this much or you run out this often. Awful location. I really hope that it’s just the management that’s awful and not the employees who are just too lazy to clean the machine. Either way this location is the worst Iv ever been to all year round. Get a new machine.

When one orders a kids meal, it is not unusual to assume that it comes prepared fully cooked, complete with kids fries, apples or whatever additional side you select, a drink and of course the best part of the meal for kids…the toy!!! At this location do not assume anything! No fries, no second side, cold fries and undercooked hamburger. And if you pay for the meal to be delivered. you should get it correctly prepared, bagged and delivered correctly. But when it isn’t, also don’t assume that this place will make it right. Too many chances and each time a failure. ??♀️
Normal McDonald's. The workers are friendly, the tables are usally dirty, and food is Served quickly. Always check u have everything they have a tendency to forget itemsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and has a indoor playground

Im not sure if they do this in purpose, but I usually ask for my coffee with a certain amount of creamer and sugar. Someone there has been putting about 10 sugars in our coffee on purpose, I can’t make this up. This has happened with my delivery every single time! This is unfair, and I really hope your days get better.
Filthy dirty tables workers just standing around doing nothing we literally had to clean our own table my boyfriend asked them to wipe down the table lady gave him some napkins to clean the table

Absolutely awful service. Stay away from this place. Probably the worst run McDonald's in America. Food takes forever. Workers are doing their best, not their fault. Ownership is completely neglectful and inept in my opinion. Don't go to the one on Grand Ave either, it's just as bad. It's too bad the owners are not subject to normal market conditions because people will continue to frequent this place solely because of the McDonald's name. If this didn't have the protection of the brand name it would have been out of business years ago. The only thing consistent about this place is you are guaranteed to have an awful experience each time you go.

I ordered food around 8pm. The lady at the window didn’t say a word to us. She looked confused and just handed us our food. We got home and realized they forgot 2 double cheeseburgers. We went back and told them about our issue and got a glimpse how this place is ran. A lot of younger adults cussing amongst themselves. This place is a circus. People talking over each other and complaining how long the line is. The lady helping us had her AirPod in and didn’t seem to care or give us an apology. Never go to this McDonald’s location. Always double check your order because incompetency runs rampant at places like this.

Outstanding service! I ordered a happy meal to get the Halloween buckets. The worker, who I believe is a manager, was so helpful. Not only telling me what color bucket, but she said they were going to bring out another color bucket. But the bucket that they had was a color I needed.After I got my meal, I went to get a Coke from the fountain dispenser. As I walked out, I spilled some coke on the floor. I told the lady who helped me, about spilling the soda. and I apologized for creating more work for her.She said, don’t worry and she would take care of it. She got the wet floor sign and then a mop.Most places just don’t care! They would just leave the spill there. But, she quickly cleaned it up, and she was nice to me. Even though I created more work for her! Other places, the people cop an attitude! Not here!So she went out of her way to do two things for me! Telling me the color of the other bucket, and quickly clean up the spill I made, with no attitude at all.I’d McD’s always had customer service like this, they would get more customers!!
