Missing ingredients in my order again... how do you miss the first ingredient from the list?! This is absurd.

- hot items are not hot - tea drink don't have much tea flavor - slow service ---- lessen learned: don't order hot items there Ordered 2 hot items (one soup and one hot tea) Togo . Got notified one of the toppings ran out, replaced with different topping, no problem. Waited 25 minutes after ordering, saw 4 parties that ordered after me walked out with their order. The drink is lukewarm with light favor. The soup is not even warm, more like room temperature, portion of the soup is even cold. My guess is that they have ingredients cold, and microwave the hot items. The microwave was very busy.

Came here for desserts after dinner. A lot of things on the menu but a lot of items were out. No egg waffles, and shaved ice only has limited options no mango or strawberries... Their Taiwanese desserts are decent and the passion fruit sorbet is good...and I also like they have a help yourself station to get extra spoons and napkins without asking for help.

I came in about twenty minutes after they opened and the girls working told me the toppings would be an additional 15-20 minutes wait which is ridiculous considering it was one item. Why would the store say they open at twelve when none of the food is ready. The young lady at the counter. She said my topping would be ready in 5 minutes, but I waited 30 EXTRA MINUTES!! Please do better and actually have all your toppings ready by the time you advertise. This has happened repeatedly! This is ridiculous.

Ordered through HungryPanda with promotional price and when I arrived they said they couldn't find the order number. Complete waste of my time. They suggested I ordered again so I did. Guess what, they didn't take the order for the second time. They said I can order at the counter with full price. Using such strategy is called FRAUD! This branch is shady

Tried their new Hot Coco Sago Signature dessert and loved it! It's like a warm, soupy dessert with lots of sago, taro, and tapioca pearls. Perfect for cold nights. It's also not too sweet so I feel like it's great for those who like subtle sweetness. AND pretty big portions too! I also really like their drinks - I got their strawberry smoothie, winter melon fresh milk, and their newest taro drink (I forget what its called - sorry!). This location is in a large plaza so parking is super easy. They also have plenty of seating inside with even a private back area too so I feel like it could be a great place for studying/working :)

First time ordering from this location. Server was nice but I ordered "Icy taro ball + combo c" with grass jelly and was disappointed to realise that there was no taro ball at all inside. Travelled a long way for this, would appreciate if they double checked before handing out the order.

3.75 stars overall, but not quite a 4 rating. Read on: If this is your first experience at a Meet Fresh and you weren't too impressed, it's probably just this location. Other Meet Fresh locations are usually pretty vibing, and a lot of that experience comes from the staff and of course the drinks and desserts. But man, the lack of enthusiasm with the staff here really kills the experience. And that's a real shame because Meet Fresh is a pretty good drinks chain. The drink themselves are gonna taste like what you'll order, but don't expect any smile or much acknowledgement from their staff. My last visit here, were two young ladies, who seemed more interested chatting about other things in front of customers when they're ready to order. And when you actually get their attention, it comes off as not very acknowleding. And for some reason, the prices here seem much higher than other Meet Fresh locations. I got their larger sized taro drink with boba and that drink came to $8 and some change. The drink was good, but again, just seemed pricey. Parking here is not an issue, as it's a part of a shared plaza. There are other food places nearby, so there may be times parking could be a challenge.

Soo good!!! The deluxe egg waffle is Soo yummy! It comes with ice cream my family and I come here often and love the food and service.
1/9/24 2:00 pm: I reached out to Meet Fresh via email that was provided by another store and received a response back: "Thank you for choosing Meet Fresh and letting us know about the situation. We are very sorry about your experience and the inconvenience. I have forwarded your case to our local franchise management team. I believe they will follow up with you as soon as possible." However, after two days, NO ONE from their local franchise management team has reached out to me. I tried calling the store yesterday and today to speak with the store manager, but the phone was never answered. How does a food service place run a business and never answer their phone? This is by far the worst food service place! 1/9/24 4:00 pm: The store manager emailed me and apologized for the negative experience. She assured me she is working with her team to improve things. She also offered to replace the wrong order I received.

I've been to many meet fresh places before, this is by far the worst place. Awful customer service: one lady at the cashier desk looks like someone owns her thousands of money. Average food: many option are unavailable; the egg waffle is never available as far as I know (why do you show it on the menu all the time then???) hot soup items are barely warm, many toppings are even cold. What a shame.

I submitted my order online around 4:18 and received the email mentioned that I can pick it up around 4:45! However; when I arrived around 4:47! NOTHING is ready.... All I got it "we made the wrong order" which I believe they did NOT even make it at all.... No customers were lining by the time Absolutely unacceptable!!! Especially; I was in a rush time with two boys!

First time to try this boba place! My energetic toddler was so hyper that I didn't get to relay my order well. I ordered oolong milk tea and assumed that it had boba pearls. I had it for to go. When I prepared to leave and rode my car, I saw that my order had no boba pearls. I went back with my daughter and asked for boba pearls and I was willing to pay for it. I was so shocked that I was offered free complimentary boba pearls! Very superb customer service and top notched milk tea! It was so flavorful! Can't wait to bring my friends here
