I didn't realize that they were closing. I was very cold. I had soup to warm myself up. They were so kind as to say, take your time. The food as always delicious. The staff as always wonderful. Thank to all. And Merry Christmas
This is the worst Panera they take forever. I waited over 30 min for a bowl of Mac and cheese to go. They are always out of food. Ridiculous. Even if you order ahead of time you'll end up waiting.

To start the employees are nice and courteous. Aside from the employees the protocols are absolutely terrible. This is the last and final time, I will visit this dump. Two days ago I came at 10 AM and they were out of plain bagels. They were also out of sesame. Today I arrived at 6:25 and they were out of plain bagels and they were out of sesame because someone bought eight bagel packs. How is that my problem? You can't plan it advance to make more bagels? If I am lucky enough to get anything on the menu, the lines are terrible because they usually only have one person at the register. Do yourself a favor and head to the family owned bagel shop next to Staples about a half mile down the street on Grand Avenue. Corporations are making record profits because of their consumers and we get treated like garbage. Bye Panera.
