Family Value meal is $33.99 and states that can feed 3-4. Myself and my wife finished it together. Noodles unfortunately were underwhelming and lacked flavor. I liked the fried rice though, yum! Chicken dishes were just ok. We had the Orange chicken and house special with the house special outshining orange chicken. If anything I'd say try the dried rice and skip the noodles

Get some popcorn, this will be a long review and a history lesson. For those who knew Yen Ching in OC, Pick Up Stix was founded by one of their waiters Charlie Zhang who immigrated from Shanghai to America with just $20 in his pocket. The Stix menu has paid homage to the owners of Yen Ching, Ben and Ruby Tzou. As an example, the Mongolian Beef was about a 90% copy of what you would get at Yen Ching. Sadly, Yen Ching Closed and Zhang sold Pick Up Stix. There has been a steady transition, that is annoying. So, that brings us to the menu today. I will focus on two recipies, Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian Beef. Kung Pao Shrimp originated from southwest China. It has scallions, bell pepper, and sambal. So, why in the heck, do they use zuccini, water chesnuts, at least a gallon of soy sauce, and rely on the dried chilies for heat? To compound the problem, when I asked for chili sauce aka sambal, they don't have it any more. The employee hands me C Pacific Sriracha." What in the heck is C Pacific? There is only one Sriracha- Huy Fong. (It doesn't belong on Kung Pao Shrimp) Ironically, Huey Fong is the best Sambal which does belong. So, not only has management given the finger with just bad Americanized Kung Pao, they cheat on no name sriracha. The Mongolian Beef that was truly special is now "Grass-fed, wok-seared steak with garlic, scallions, and mushrooms tossed in a rich and sweet soy sauce." They completely abandoned the original dish that was invented at Mongolian barbecue restaurants in Taiwan. Gone are crispy fried vermicelli noodles. The steak simply sucks: grass fed is a sales gimmick. Give me skirt steak, flank or a top round. The dish is just lost with the mushrooms and sweet sticky sauce that is something a novice would make as a hack. So, what we have here is a fast casual restaurant that serves made to order Americanized Chinese food. The menu that Zhang gifted them has been abandoned like a red headed step child. The portions have shrunk, the prices have gone up. They pass off cheap condiments claiming they are the real deal. Times are tough with Bidenflation, but everything I have listed are what causes restaurants to go under. Maybe the owners should go take some classes from Zhang at Concordia?

Staff was lovely. Food was ready and waiting when I arrived. The tofu pieces were huge in both dishes and hardly any veggies. I always look forward to visiting pick up sticks when I'm in the area but based on this last meal I'm not sure I'll go again anytime soon.

Dirty. Every table was dirty. Front of soft drink machine..filthy. Cash register operator Leslie had long conversation with customer while we waited and she continued to talk to her while she took my order. Air filters were filthy. I ordered mixed vegetables and got a carton full of carrots.

Good, fresh food. It can be very healthy, or you can indulge with your favorite dish, or appetizers. Always something for everyone, whether you like a chicken, beef or tofu dish. My favorites are the crispy dumplings, and house special chicken.

Ordered by phone they said 15 minutes when my husband picked up the food he had to wait 30 minutes. While waiting in the restaurant, he noticed a lady returned a food order for bourbon chicken & then they gave it to him. He didn't take it and he asked for a new one. They said they run out of bourbon chicken so he ordered the honey chicken. When we got home, we noticed the Crispy Wontons are missing. So disappointing this restaurant is so disorganized.

Honestly, pick up stix used to be a lot better than it is now. I haven’t had it in a while, but I decided to have it today and I have had much better wok for a lot cheaper too. There’s a lot better wok places in Chino Hills.

Food tastes good. Seemed a bit understaffed but order was correct.

We ordered $97 worth of food today for a company birthday lunch. Ordered 11 entrees and nothing was labeled. We had many different varieties of meals so we had to figure it out on our own. In the end no special instructions were followed and we did not get one of the orders with the options specified. Very disappointing. Not sure we'll be back
