Ordered original pan and they gave me the thinnest crust ever, complained to corporate, never heard back, was emailed by mgr with an apology but I wanted my money back or at least another pizza nope they didn't care at all. Never coming here again. Trash pizza.

Pretty dumb they don't have any tracking or curbside check in on their app. Then after I try to check in from my email confirmation the webpage is not reachable on 3 different browsers! This is also the only pizza place that charges a service fee on top of my order for take out food? Why don't they just incorporate the price into the food?Parking: No curbside parking spots.

Pizza hut is the only place my kid with dairy allergy can eat. They also follow our special requests and I am always satisfied with the order.

When I called to ask about why my order arrived as a cheese pizza and not pepperoni and told them the state of things the staff was rude. They told me I would have to wait 2 hours to have another sent after waiting an hour for my food. They then took one hour before returning my money.

Our pizza arrived extremely late, cold, and completely folded in on itself. When I called to have the issue fixed or a refund I received attitude. I will never order again, we waited over an hour and when we asked for a replacement we were told we would have to wait two hours. I have never experienced anything like this with pizza.
