I usually go to Restore for treatment and then take my daughter on the kids' train afterward. Lately, I go to Pressed afterward to get their detox juices or their soft serve dairy-free - which is excellent because my daughter does dairy-free (& has too much a sweet tooth). I love ordering on the app and picking it up. It is quick and easy. The juices are really good and the place is kept clean. Overall, a good quick stop for some healthy ice cream or juice !!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been here many times and have never encountered an experience like this! I ordered and the server Tatiana N made me feel like it was such an inconvenience that I was purchasing something! I didn't even want to ask about more information on the cleanse because it was so uncomfortable! When I looked at the review, I realize that I'm not the only who experience this kind of customer service! I continued to be polite, but I probably won't be returning! I've never been so uncomfortable when ordering anything!

Came in around 10:30 am after a visit at my med-spa. No one was in the store, not even 1 employee at the front counter. It took about 5-10 mins for the employee to come from the back. When she came out she had a sour attitude. I placed my order, and her response was...is that it? No "your order will be right up", no "thank you". I continued to be polite after spending $33 and after we got our açaí bowls...I said thank you and still no response from the sour attitude employee with pigtails. Honestly, if you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers. I won't be coming back as I can overpay for an acai bowl at another establishment w/out the bad attitude.

This place reminds of yogurtland, they have acai that seems to be premade on tap and can make the bowls real fast. Its a nice open space design with a minimal seating. Service was a bit slow with only one worker serving and taking orders. We ordered the super acai and original acai bowl and it tastes pretty generic like all other acai bowl places.

The atmosphere remind me of minimal. I got the acid bowl. It was actually good nothing to complain about it . Very friendly staff ..

The service here was terrible. As soon as I walked in the girl at register seemed very unhappy to be there. We paid for something that was unavailable after the fact we had paid for it and the girl seemed extremely bothered about it. This happened around 7pm a girl with two pigtails and tattoos

The service was horrible ! I love pressed juicery I always get drinks available at Albertsons , and I was so stoked to see a location open at The Shoppes in chino ! However the blonde girl and brunette girls working today seemed to care way more about their conversation than helping me out, I just walked in already knowing what I want because I always get it at Albertsons, but they both just stared and didn't say anything until I was like "hello?" Like ... customer service is not hard they seemed so bothered that I even stepped foot inside the store - I'm probably gunna stick to getting my Pressed juices at Albertsons instead of coming to a location where I feel like I'm being judged and hated for stepping foot inside !!

no personality here the only thing saving this place is the food and its a little bit over mediocre at best. vanilla ice cream is overloaded with what tastes like vanilla extract. juices are good but not worth itWheelchair accessibility: theres no furniture so its definetely wheelchair accessible
