Closed down? Yelp says it's "open" but there is a lock box on the door handle and no one and nothing inside. Sad because I really liked this spot they had a mango coconut drink that was sooooo good. Sad if I can't have it again.

We ordered a four season and a regular milk tea. Unfortunately, we don’t like it at all. It tasted so… below average. Did we get bad luck? We will never go back again. We ordered Four Seasons Spring and milk tea, which tasted really bad. Totally below average and we were extremely disappointed. Is it because we are unlucky? Definitely won't be returning.

The tea taste is quite ordinary. I tried the pure tea bought by other friends. I personally do not recommend their pure tea drinks.

This place could be amazing if they did some quality control. As boba lovers, we were excited to find somewhere to take a break from our shopping and the drinks on the menu all look phenomenal. I ordered the Mango avocado drink that came with lychee jelly, and added boba to it. The boba part was the mistake. Without it, the drink was absolutely perfect, however, the boba was rock hard and tasted weirdly chemically. I'm assuming it was very old which was likely due to being slow (we were the only ones in there), however you still need to rotate your boba for it to stay bouncy and sweet! It ruined the whole drink and I couldn't finish it. Really disappointing. Otherwise was cute and clean inside, can't say anything about service because we did not interact (order at a kiosk style).

I went there last Sunday and ordered two drinks, the flavor Is okay but not the best. But people who work there at that date has an attitude. I don't think I will go back or recommend to anyone...My drink leaked a little when I put the straw in so I asked for napkin. The server said we don't have napkin and start looking at her phone. This place has no trash can too. Idk how it gonna survive with this poor service and flavor

Ordered on machine. Cash not accepted. In the shoppee isn’t too hard to find. Coming from Taiwan (origins of bubble tea drinks) their boba texture isn’t as good as I expected. Milk tea flavor isn’t standard but ok. Friend ordered mango drink($6.99) which I didn’t try but she said it’s ok not as good as omomo.

I came here to pick up a couple bobas for my wife and myself and we were very satisfied with what we got. She has the milk tea with boba and I had the grape slushie drink. Mine was a tad sweet, even though I said 0% sugar so be careful of sugar levels but my wife really enjoyed the cream cheese foam topping. We would definitely like to try the rest of their menu

new boba place inside the shoppes mall.this is located near barnes and nobles at the mall - kinda tiny but seems clean. ordered their number 1 menu item which is the peach slush. if you are familiar with omomo's itchy peachy drink, you might not like this one. omomo uses real fruit bits, and this one at yoyo tastes pretty syrup-y. i was a bit disappointed. but if you like that canned peach sweetness, you'll probably like this drink! drink - 6.5/10customer service -6/10

I love the drinks. The creativity is great. I had the milk tea with creme Brule on top. Tons of boba. $7.50 with tip is not the cheapest but not the worst either. However, one has to order through a machine and they don't accept cash. I sort of get the computer ordering but it does get busy and there is nobody to ask questions so people tend to hoverover the computer for a while and thw line can be significant. It also feels very cold! And no cash???? There are people who still like paying cash. My parents, granted they are on their late 60s, will not use a debit card, atm, credit card, paying app NOTHING. So... no boba for them? Finally, i got there, ordered through the computer and there was nobody else at the time. I had no greeting, not even a look my way until the girl inside decided to complete my order and call may name. Not a very friendly welcome. I am not saying i won't come back because i honestly love their stuff but a greeting and a cash register could make this place PERFECT!!!!

YoYo offers a lot of different drinks that are great for different ages and flavor profiles! They are fairly priced and have plenty of add on options as well that people look for from boba shops. The seating area in this location is limited but the ambiance is super light and cute. The service is also great, and it was the perfect stop for a hot day of walking through the Shoppes! I highly recommend the 3 drinks in my attached pictures as they were suggested by the employee behind the counter!

I'm so happy there is another boba place at The Shoppes. It's a small location with limited seating but there are plenty of areas to sit and enjoy your drink outside. The cashier was very nice and accommodating when I asked to make some substitutions for my son's drink. I ordered the Feeling Peachy and it came out to $8 with the substitutions, which is pricier than other boba places. However, the drink was very good and refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. I'll definitely be trying other drinks on the menu next time I'm in the area.

The workers were sweet, but it’s more of the drink I got. I used to order from the previous establishment before YoYo took over, and genuinely miss it more. YoYo is just more pricy and genuinely not worth it, atleast to me. I wish there was a possibility of adding more food or just lowering the prices. I miss Prolece.

My daughter and I came to the Shoppes to buy essential items and came across this new boba place, so we decided to check it out. I ordered peach oolong tea with crystal boba and my daughter ordered the Berry Special. My peach oolong tea was watered down and did not taste like peach at all. I did finish my drink as the plain oolong tea was still decent but it was disappointing that I couldn't taste the peach flavor. My daughter enjoyed her Berry Special drink and said it was light and refreshing. I don't know if I will come back again. Service was good and the place is nice.

This is a new boba shop that had changed their name to YoYo Tea, service was good, store was pretty clean. Now i got 2 drinks, its brulae YOyO with normal sweet and lite on ice. I took a sip , OmG!!! No taste whatsoever. The boba was way too soft no chewyness at all. Just soggy and no taste, the brulaee was just weird looking custard not like a brulaee that i expected. And its just tiny bit. But there was no taste as well. With all the 100% sweet.Perfect Matcha, with 100% sweetness and it came out super sweet. Lol taste straight out of sugar. No Matcha flavor period. The color was super light green. It supposed to be matcha blended with oreo and coconut milk i guess. But all i taste was just oreo and sugar.Overall it was a dissapointment.Sorry but i hope they can improve their boba, and the flavors.
