Exceeded my expectations. The Shoyu on fire was excellent. Flavorful and as expected spicy. One bowl was not enough. I guarantee you will love this place if you like ramen.

We tried the tofu blaze ramen which was delicious! Spice level hot! And the pork ramen spice level medium. The gyoza and fried chicken side were so tasty especially with their signature spicy mayo! Absolutely loved it! Staff is very nice and service was fairly quick! Definitely return! Their food is so good! Definitely a must try!

My friend and I were looking for a ramen place close by to her house. We found this restaurant on Yelp and was happy we went. Located in a huge outdoor shopping center with a great amount of parking and well known stores. It was a good choice to go for our lunch. They have indoor/outdoor dining with heating lamps to keep you warm. Good selection of choices to choose from as well their drink menu.We both ordered the same ramen dish which was the Garlic Truffle ramen. I thought the soup itself had a nice blend to it not salty or bland and you can definitely taste the garlic flavor. The noodles had a good texture to it as well. Overall nice little place to go to if you're craving ramen. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Also, you place your order at the front counter right when you walk in and they will bring you your order when it's ready.

Visited twice and both times the ramen was solid. Portions are large, taste is delicious. My first visit I was a bit annoyed that they couldn't swap broths (wanted chicken or veggie vs pork) but I got over it and ordered the Shoyu Chicken Ramen and enjoyed it. Got it the second visit as well and may have been even better the second time. Ingredients tasted fresh and there were plenty of them. Visited another ramen spot nearby recently and the chicken was so over cooked it hurt my jaw. Not the case here. Cooked just right. Also got the Crispy Chicken Karaage and it was tasty as well. Tender and crispy meat and the sauce was really good. The restaurant is small but no trouble finding seating even when busy. You order from the counter when you walk in, then seat yourself. Cool Chino Hills mural on the walls. Also want to note that staff was friendly both visits. If you're in the area, check Silverlake Ramen out!

I was in this plaza for Christmas shopping. Thought I give this a try. I've never been in here so I went in and stood there for at least 3 minutes. The server was busy getting pickup order, didn't acknowledge me. 3 min is not long but if you never been here, 3 min is a long time. I had to ask her if I was to be seated by her or order food t they counter. Apparently you order the food when you come in. But there's no sign for any instruction. Once I ordered the food, server give me a number and I supposed I sit anywhere I want. My ramen came out after about 8-10 min, not bad. Ramen was delicious. I got the Classic. Pork was tender and crispy, I love the fatty part. Blanched spinach was an interesting addition. Overall, it's good. Just wish server would acknowledge me and give me a friendly greeting and gives me clear instruction how this restaurant works.

One of the best ramens in the area. This is our second time here and won't be our last. Our server Mackenzie was also very nice and super sweet with such a beautiful smile. Had a great experience from the moment we walked in. My favorite is the truffle ramen. Broth was flavorful, noodles were chewy and the pork was thick and meaty. We also got the classic ramen which was very good too. Daughters got the pork bun and two California rolls. They said the pork bun was just ok... she loves the pork buns from Brodards, but not so much here. They also didn't like the California rolls as much. They said the rice was dry and actually prefer the takeout California rolls from Sprouts more. Despite all this we will still be back for what they do best, their ramen.
