Completely got the order wrong, almost in a malicious manner. One of the burritos was suppose to be a veggie burrito without cheese and the burrito we received had meat and melted, nacho cheese all over it. This wasn’t even standard ingredients on the normal bean burrito, so it seems like the order was intentionally sabotaged. Do not recommend this Taco Bell:(Dietary restrictions: They do not honor special requests and our order with dietary restrictions was made in an exact opposite manner than we requested.

Worst experience at tacobell ordered through the app waited 30 minutes after arrival for my food (when there were no customers in the drivethru or inside). Got the wrong order and food was cold! I understand if it took long because they were busy but they weren't. Staff was just on their phones! It's ridiculous!

Call corporate and have them shut down 800) 822-6235They need to fire the crew lol, no it's not mean. It's chino hills, not Pomona valley. The food and service is wack. I ordered a protein bowl and got no protein. I actually threw up after my meal. To be honest, this area ghetto. It's weird to see nice homes but service is terrible and nobody tips. People drive terribly around the area. Food handling is completely different than brea and covina. People wear gloves and mask always. My bowl didn't come with a utensils.

I waited to order for 10 minutes and the girl cooking just kept looking at me. Until I called her hey can someone take my order. Then 5 min later another girl came and took it. Next to the fountain drinks was a bunch of ants. Disgusting place. These young girls working there are a waste. So

The worst service ever. I had 2 hungry children. 18 months and 5 year old. Ordered through the app. Got there to check the status of the Order. They said 10 more minutes. After 1 hr waiting. They said they didn't have the Ordered because they were on their 30 min break. Was charged and the order went through and didn't receive our food. Requested a refund but they could not do it and told us to dispute the charges with the credit card. What a waste of my family time.
That fact that this place cares about making your food right when you waited 30 plus minutes for it and then they gave you this piece of garbage at the end.. What a disgrace this taco sucks....

This place really is one star ! You have to order yourself from a kiosk so they don't have to help you !!! Very slow ! All talking and laughing in the back !!! Taco Bell corporation really needs to come here and clean house !!! Must have a really weak franchisee owner ! Won't be back !!!!!
