There is a mentally retarded waiter inside who often shows off his mentally retarded son for some reason. The food is good. Please be careful when selecting people. The sign is ruined.

Ordered four items, $55Hong Kong-style milk tea does not have the strong tea flavor as expected, but has a strong condensed milk flavor and is sweet. There are no big ribs in the soybean-roasted noodles in soup, just slices of bone-in meat. A Shanghai-style noodle restaurant actually uses Yao Zhu noodles? ?Specializing in sweet and sour pork ribs, I never expected that a plate of sweet and sour sweet and sour pork (with pineapple) would be served. The "pork ribs" are probably prepared together with the "big ribs" above. They are exactly the same. There are only 2 pieces of bone-in meat on one plate, and the rest are all fried meat slices wrapped in batter.Xiaolong meat soup dumplings, half without soup and half with soup, there is quite a lot of meat inside

Great place to get dumplings at, staff is very friendly and the food comes out on a relatively quick time! Dumplings are big and nice quality.

This is a really good Chinese restaurant in Chino Hills. Considering their current 20% off (Anniversary.) I get they are short staffed but when I do choose to eat Chinese food, I prefer the food come out all together or close behind, having to wait an additional 10-15 mins for our noodles when the salt and pepper squid, rice and Chinese pancake was out and already getting cold on the table was the main reason they are missing a star. The ambiance is clearly Asian and décor is of the Lunar New Year. The customer service was good but the service was very slow.

I don’t normally get excited over a lot of Chinese restaurants. They’re either expensive or the food is just good (not exceptional). However, that was not the case here. Not only did the FOOD TASTE GREAT, it was reasonably priced. For 4 dishes we paid about $45. The three of us left stuffed and happy. If you’re a 老外 (foreigner), don’t be afraid to come here. You’ll love the food. Besides, I heard ABCs (American Born Chinese) talking and their Chinese wasn’t great.I’d recommend what we got, but there’s more to try and I’m sure other stuff is good.We got (forgive I don’t remember how they translated on their menu):- 生煎- 小笼包- 炒年糕- 干锅If I have to be picky, I’d say the 年糕 was a tad bit more soft than I like it, but that’s just personal preference. It didn’t impact the flavor.Last, they have a 20% off deal going on for their 10th anniversary. Highlight suggest this place!

Got together with friends today. The environment is suitable and the service attitude is nice. The dishes are very homely. Next time, I plan to take my family to eat together.

Sorry to say the food are not tasty! I have been there few times and tried different foods, but they are all not delicious. I didn't finish the noodle and I said that I don't need to go box because not tasty, the waitress didn't say anything just take money. They don't care how customers feel about their food. Also the service is not good. They pretend not see you until you shout to them. I know that’s rude but they don’t see me even I raised my hand a few times. It tastes terrible! I've been there a few times and tried different foods, but none of them tasted good. The service is not good either. They pretend not to see you and even raise their hands to pretend not to see you. They don't respond until you call loudly. When paying the bill, I told them that the food was not delicious and did not need to be packaged. They did not say anything. They did not care what customers said about the food.

We’ve been coming to this Shanghainese restaurant ever since it opened and the quality and the tastes have always been consistent. Today, we’ve returned after a two-month break and found out the dishes tasted different. The beef buns (牛肉包子)were pretty good, may be a tad better than before. It would appear that there was a new management/ownership and staff since our last visit. Our regular servers were no longer there and there was a different chef. Although the dishes tasted different, they were fine (though we do miss a little of the old tastes) and will probably come back again. There is a 10-year anniversary sale going on right now (time sure flies) and you get a 20% discount. So, it’s probably worth a try to see if you like the new chef and tastes.Vegetarian options: As in any typical Chinese restaurant, you can find some to many vegetarian dishes and that applies to this Chinese restaurant.Parking: Plenty of parking in this 99 Ranch Market Plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it can be done.

Was there yesterday (also uploaded a photo), took my American friends there after the Chino Airplanes of Fame museum, we all liked the food Bamboo w/ veggie, Shredded Pork w/ fish sauce, ShaoLong Bao (Little Dragon Dumpling) and Yang Chow Fried Rice. This is my go-to place, since I can do my shopping at 99 Ranch and pick up some take-out in one trip.

I just ate at this restaurant and the service was not good at all, When I arrived, I was standing at the door and every woman who worked there saw me. They did not acknowledge me at all. So after a couple of minutes, I ended up just sitting down and seating myself. But as soon as an asian family walked in after me, they were greeted and seated. After about five minutes of me looking at the menu menu, I finally waved at one of the servers so that I can place my order. I should have left than. I placed my order. I ate my food, and when it came time to pay and went up to put a register to do so. When I didn't leave a tip to lady at the register held out her hand saying tip. I said no, and then she said you have to tip. I then told her no I do not have to tip you, the service was terrible. Then she says don't come here anymore. These ppl are so racist it's not even funny. They only like their own kind. They will NOT be getting anymore of my money. My meal was $12.06 btw

Tasty noodle house was ok.Service was alright. Most of the food was good but on some things they were skimpy. We ordered beef noodles, orange chicken, scallion pancakes, and some sesame pork dumplings.Beef noodles were good but leaning towards the salty side and very skimpy on the beef. Only tiny pieces in it.Orange chicken was really good.Scallion pancakes were yummy, but not very many pieces for the price. The sesame pork dumplings were disgusting. They were overly salty and had way too much dumpling skin, and the filling was tasteless.I also don't like that they serve you little paper cups for mouth wash as your water cup.For the price they charge, they definitely should have real cups.Overall, it was just ok and most likely won't return.

So other reviewers are correct. The food was very oily but very delicious. I definitely enjoyed their dumplings and the pickled veggie fried rice. It was very delicious. But as stated frequently by previous reviewers - staff is kinda rude. We ordered to go and the lady placed the bag on the table next to us and walked away without saying anything. I read the ticket on the bag and realized it was for us. So I took it, said thank you and left. No response. Not even an acknowledgement.Would I come back? Only if I'm craving some fried rice and only for delivery at this point.

Noodles were really good but the rest of the food was plain with no flavor, my kid ordered orange chicken and it was flavorless. They forgot about our order and never ask us if we wanted anything to drink.I was very disappointed ?.
