Ridiculous experience. It took over 45 min to get two bowls ready when absolutely is it slow at 8pm on a Tuesday.The lack of service and diligence was unacceptable.

They never answer the phone! And when they do they just place you on hold and leave you on hold!

The food was pretty good here, had chicken and shrimp bowl with avocado, the one thing I didn’t realize that it included a sticky sauce on it, almost like Teriyaki sauce, but a little different. I didn’t like it too much because it was kinda messing up my throat after eating it, but I also got my good and left so I was stuck with it, other than that, the bowl was very good.

85% of the time your pick up order will be wrong. Be sure to check your order. I ordered a Steak & Chicken bowl with Veggies "no broccoli", they had one job, one job....these clowns did the complete opposite. They put all broccoli. They don't pay attention

This used to be our favorite location but unfortunately the last 3 times we’ve come here they continue to short us on the amount of protein in our bowls. Bowls should have 4oz of chicken or steak (also confirm this by searching for confirmation on google). After our last trip, with our steak bowls looking light again, I measured out the steak and with their sauce they add on top, I got only 3 ounces of steak.Make sure to check your bowl before you leave!Update to owner reply: Don’t bother reaching out to Waba Grill online, they don’t answer the issue and the problem doesn’t get resolved. So disappointing

So many little nats flying everywhere it's disgusting. Right where the sauces are. Literally more than 50 nats flying everywhere. Gross. You should be ashamed.

Wow, I can't believe I'm not be first person to complain about the portion size. That's the worst part about going out to eat or placing to-go, where the portion size doesn't match the cost of the food.I paid $9 for this. Cmon! And then I see & read the business owner responding to Yelp reviews and it's the same issue over and over & here we are, still nothing changed. Not coming back.

Terrible, terrible experience. These people are dumber than d*** and that's a compliment. I called at 8:55pm and asked if they were closed and the girl who answered the phone said, 'not yet.' I asked if I could place a to-go order and she said yes. I placed my order and said I would be there in 'ten minutes' to pick it up. She said, 'ok.'When I got there, the doors were locked, so I knocked on the door. Two girls came to the door and I said I was picking up my to-go order. They said, 'the girl who took your order was new and didn't realize they were closing, so we didn't make your order.' I said, 'and you couldn't call me back to let me know?' So I made the trip for nothing?'Both of these morons looked at me like deer in headlights, similar to Patrick on Spongebob, and said nothing....duuuuuh!!!! (Sorry for the insult to Patrick.)No apology, no 'sorry' of any sort.......just go on your way with no food....Won't be back, obviously. There are plenty of places in Chino Hills to get chicken bowls, but this won't be one of them.

Salmon was raw, they cooked it up In like 2 minutes and didn't even check if it was cooked. Chicken and beef was fire though.
