I really hate coming here! 3 times they didn't have baked potatoes and they seems to never have any items I ask for. So definitely not coming here again to try a 4th time. Rather drive somewhere else for food instead of being disappointed again.

Wrong order.. try contact the restaurant. " they don't answer phone calls ".2 days later come back walk in to the lobby and explain that the give me the wrong order. . Cashier was ok admitted .. unprepared unprofessional manager shows up. NOTHING SHE CAN DO UNLESS YOU COME BACK AND BRING BACK THE FOOD AND RECEIPT. I show every proof. Calls, message, pictures and total charge to my card. .

I should've read the comments before coming to this Wendy's. I was finished working out & started to crave a quick bite. I was scrolling through TikTok & came across a deal that Wendy's was offering. So I decided to give it a try. I pull up to the drive thru at 11:50pm and as I pull up there was no answer for a good 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of patiently waiting, I had placed my order which required me to download the app. As I'm downloading the app they rudely ask me to "go to the parking lot" I was going to tell them no only because of how rudely they asked me. But I wasn't in the mood to argue. there were no other cars & based off all the 1 star comments I can see why. I ended up placing my order successfully but you could tell NONE of them want to work at all. They made me feel like ordering there was extremely offensive. Even though I just ordered 1 item. I've never had that specific experience in my life.

ZERO STARS!!! TERRIBLE!!! This Wendy's is by far, the worst I've ever been to. They've gotten my order WRONG the last FIVE times. How do you get this order wrong: Dave's Double CHEESE ONLY! This location would mess up a small order of fries. I've contacted Wendy's Corporate TWICE about this horrible location and all I get is a boilerplate email response saying "So sorry, maybe we'll get it right next time." Here's the problem, and I'm sure this will upset some. The cashier went back to the grill after I told them they got it WRONG AGAIN and told the old lady "Queso only". Right there, I knew the problem. And it's not the first time I suspected this. English appears to be a second language spoken there, if at all. I slum over here to this Wendy's only because In n Out is further away and it's ALWAYS crowded (unlike Wendy's). I'll now make the trip. Customer Service and quality is nonexistent at this location GO TO IN N OUT OR FATBURGER FOR A QUALITY MEAL....

I ordered food at 11 at night and these guys gave me food that's been sitting out all day hard chicken sandwich, hard chicken nugget how do you work at a fast food restaurant and you don't know how to warm up fresh food it makes no sense. I tried to get my refund and still got no refund this branch to Wendy's is horrible horrible customer service, horrible food do not come.

Why is there no such thing as a negative star. These people should not have a drive thru since they cannot process orders correctly. I've gone here multiple times and these people have messed up food orders, forgot to put food in to-go orders, and doubled charged me when their receipt printer runs out. Please fire your drive thru pm workers. I get sick from the chili after the back and forth complaints, whats up with that. I'm forced to go to another Wendy's location and you'll be out of business soon enough.

Breakfast sandwichs were excellent. Value far better than carl's or mcdonalds. Even got senior discount. I hadnt been to a wendys in several years but will definitely return. Staff was friendly and smiling. The restroom was spotless. For fast food this was excellent.

Since this is close to my work, I stopped by and checked it out. It is by far one of the cleanliest branch I've ever been in! With large windows and natural lighting (perfect combo) it was so inviting. The staff were friendly and the one who served me (I think she was the manager) was so nice! Now..let's get to the food. I got the Cobb salad and a small fry. I didnt get to take a photo of the food but I was blown away. The ingredients were fresh, the bacon was fresh from the pan and the presentation was awesome. I was too hungry and ate it right away. The fries were good as well! I was honestly surprised by this location and will definitely come back. :)

With large windows and natural lighting (perfect combo) it was so inviting. The staff were friendly and the one who served me (I think she was the manager) was so nice! Now..let's get to the food. I got the Cobb salad and a small fry. I didnt get to take a photo of the food but I was blown away. The ingredients were fresh, the bacon was fresh from the pan and the presentation was awesome.
