How could you go wrong with wetzel's pretzels, you can't! I was very happy when I saw that they had one in this plaza. I have never had a bad pretzel from here at any time of the day. My go to flavor is almond, it is just so yummy and perfect. The staff here is great, friendly and quick. We were in and out within 10 minutes with our goodies. Definitely recommend always stopping in to get a pretzel here.

I tried the guava mangonada drink last night, which was good. Could've used more tajin, and it would've been cool if they offered the mango popping boba with it. The guy at the counter was very friendly, a bit too much eye contact lol.

First of all a 9 minute wait was 25 minutes. Employee who took order was not concerned at all. The took his break and left the other employee to do the work. Plus the order was wrong. 50 dollar bill and left frustrated. Explained in beginning that I had people waiting. No concern

Their sign says the store opens at 11. But clearly the workers weren't there early enough to bake the items on time. Knocked on the door and the worker just ignores us. We stopped waiting for it to open after 15 mins.

Really disappointed, usually good, this time pretzel was not fresh at all and was hard and crunchy, I couldn't even finish it.
My family and I came here for my son. He wanted some pretzel bites both the pepperoni and the cinnamon bites. It was around 7 pm or so, the pretzels were hard and not very good. We did not go back because we planned to get dinner elsewhere. Regardless, the food wasn't appetizing, at least the service was good. For $20 (with a drink) I don't believe this place was a good value.

Manager Alexis was being very rude and disrespectful when I went to go pick up a DoorDash order . She was saying I wasn't talking to you and when I had told her I came to pick up a DoorDash order she was being rude and very disrespectful and made someone else give me the order ! Very unprofessional as a manger ! And then after that I went to go tell her that as a manager she shouldn't treat her customers that way even if your going through something ! And she seem so fake when she apologize and thought it was okay what she did ! I am so glad that I let corporate know of my experience and the kind of person they have as a manager !

I always loved the pretzels here but recently I made two purchase here and I found two long hairs.The employees should be more clean and careful when handling food for customers. I threw away all the mini pretzels. to the trash can Not only did I threw away food but my money too.The mini pretzels are delicious though If it wasn't for the nasty hairs I would give it a four or five..
