Waiters ignored us and took orders of people who came in 15-25 minutes after us.Service was poor the staff are very unprofessional in the way they carry themselves and their faces carried no smile or positive vibes- approach to their customers. They need to be retrained im customer service and hospitality..poor service poor quality of food. Owner was nice and with a smile hustling faster than his employees, it's a shame when you have employees who can really make long lasting negative impact on the name and experience of the restaurant. First time and definitely last.

Had Xavi's for the first time and it did not disappoint.Went in during the weekend with my family. We had Menudo, A chile relleno plate, a wet burrito and a few kid menu items. Food was good and their service was great. Our First time but won't definitely be our last.

We ordered a lot of things, because we were in a big group. Since I got there late, I didnt get a chance to take pictures of the foods. The restaurant itself is big, but the vibes.. no vibes! I know, huh?? I didnt feel like other Mexican restaurant I've been to.. is just feel like they are just there selling foods in an empty space. And as for the foods.. I like the steak fajitas (carne asada) it has flavor, eventhough the meat was a little bit chewy, but the flavor is there! And the other one I like is the carne asada tostada. The rice and beans cook nicely. We also ordered chicken fajitas, but not sure of the chicken. It was rubbery, not fresh..The salsa, guacamole and chips it has good flavoring and fresh. The service is ok good. And that's why I gave it a 3 stars..

No brunch!!! No breakfast or seniors menu. Ok, other than that, it's cool and comfortable, and what we had was dang Good. The place is hugh plenty of seating. Now, for the surprise, I know when you review a restaurant, the last thing you wanna hear about is the restroom, but if you follow my reviews, that's part of the experience. XAVIs are super clean so far. Most mexican places restrooms are ignored or rittled with graphity and towel paper on floors. Very nice experience. Keep it up guys

Food is delicious. Service is good. I like this restaurant. Tried their shredded beef taco and cheese enchilada. Really good. Authentic and homemade. Staff is nice. Good people. Support this local family owned restaurant.

Wow, where do I start?? First off customer service is in DEFINITE need of people skills training. Puts a bad taste in your mouth even before eating. And the manager... WHAT A PIECE OF WORK ! ATTN: MANAGEMENT, please rethink your roster. A heavy set balding Latino with the personality of a wall, needs to remember hes dealing with the public. I found him extremely unprofessional.When we were finally seated our waiter was very nice, looked stressed but still very nice. The food was mediocre but when you're hungry and drove 50 miles to eat with family, well you just deal. And there should be more than 1 blender in a restaurant for margaritas...hellooo. And a bit of Mexican music would be nice. Afterall it is a " Cantina" right?
