Went today to buy my wife an ice cream cake! Zero customers inside and I went directly to freezer to look for cake! The employee just stared@me! I had difficulty finding what I was looking for and everything was kind mixed up! The employee never offered any assistance! I turned around and looked@employee-he just stood there looking@me-then another employee came into view! I finally gave up "why bother" and left store! Nothing! I'll never return to this location! I usually buy all my ice cakes from this location! Never again!

Look at this turd that this location custom made for my nephew's birthday! It's awesome! Tasted good too! This is the second custom cake we have ordered here in the past couple of months. The process is easy, it's always ready when promised, it's delicious, and the recipients always love it!I'll buy another custom cake from here again. That's for sure. Maybe you should try it out. I think you'll like it!

Horrible experience ! I called a day before to order my cake and they confirmed it would be ready for Saturday at 4 pm. I get there and they had nothing. The girl who took my order Noel messed up and placed my order for Sunday when I had specified I needed it for Saturday and she even confirmed with her manager that it would be no problem. Don’t waste your time coming here ! Today was super packed and only one person helping everyone ! Terrible customer service !

Terrible experience! Came in for my favorite a cuppuccino blast at 9:20 pm (40 minutes before close) and was told they started closing early and they had already cleaned their blenders so they weren't doing any more blended drinks with the worst attitude! I asked the employee her name and she took about 30 seconds to come up with the name "Eva".So I'll describe what she looks like since I know it's not her real name. She's was skinny, darker skin complexion, with black hair. I have worked in the food/service industry for over 10 years and have NEVER come across such a rude person! I understand they want to hurry and close so they can go home but there’s two blenders. Close one early and leave one open at least. Or make up and excuse/lie and say they’re broken! Don’t tell me you cleaned them early and are no longer making blended drinks. She had the worst attitude and even rolled her eyes when she was turning around to keep cleaning thinking I didn't see! The other girl working was soooo sweet and was actually working helping the customers. So if you come across "Eva" good luck getting anything you'd actually want, she prohibits sales and happiness! Very disappointed with the customer service.

I live in Valencia, Ca & I LOVE coming to THIS baskin Robins when i am in the area visiting family . Because they have "icing on the cake " because unfortunately they don't have it available at the ones near my house

People are friendly! We love the ice cream and we by it by the quart (2 at a time). Unfortunately the last 3 times we've visited this location our ice cream is too soft. It's not being kept at the right temperature in the store. It still tastes fine but when put it our freezer it gets crystal do to the soften state.
