Unfortunately, we drove all the way there and it was closed. There was not a sign to confine sores hours or a way to can't tact them. Quite disappointing.

As I write this, I'm feeling a bit weird after my meal here. Not sure what it is, something may not be sitting well with my stomach, but I'll go into it: I've been looking for more vegan/vegetarian options since that's how my diet has been leading me these past couple of weeks, and I decided to try to us place out. I got their Beleaf Single and fries, and to be honest- it was not great. The burger as a whole did not seem to hold together that well, and the bun was kind of falling apart. The patty, well, it was very very thin. It also didn't have the most appealing smell to it, and I think this is due mostly in part to the "cheese" that was on here. Like the brute that I am, I often times like to eat the cheese on the wrapper of my burger, and the cheese I ate here was...kind of odd. Hard to wrap my head around the idea that the burger was $9. Overall, it wasn't very satisfying I'd say. This gets 2 stars now because as it stands, my experience wasn't great and is only held up by the fact that their fries are fine. Maybe their other options like their chicken sandwiches are better, but having burgers as part of the name leads me to believe that the burger should be a staple menu item that holds the ship together. Unfortunately, it was just kind of an underwhelming, off putting mess to me, and I have this gross stain on my pants from the cheese. If you're looking to do a vegan/vegetarian burger, I'd say just do it yourself with Impossible/Beyond meat.

I've been once so far. I was super excited to try them. It was a difficult process because their Yelp hours aren't accurate and they don't always answer their phone BUT the food was SOOO GOOD!! I'm not even gonna take off a star. Just don't go there if you're in a hurry.

Great vegan food , not many options but the options they had were good !! We were helped by Lauren , she was very kind & friendly ! The fries taste like the IN-N-OUT Animal style fries !! Great burgers !! By the way , they haven't had their milkshakes for a while .

I've gave this place so many chances. I even took a picture of their moldy bread a while back, but today I placed an order on grub hub and when I arrived to pick up my food there was no one! Everything was closed. The staff used to be nice last year but there's this lady who just sucks at being cashier although I forgot her name Lol. Don't come here they're most likely closed as other people have said. Very disappointed

My friend and I where going to eat said had vegan had vegan burgers had America chesse switch is not vegan or vegetarian buttered bun with is not vegan except they use vegan butter Don't know if they use different surf to cook food from meat vegetarian and vegan if it's cooked on the same it's not either

The food here is REALLY delicious and service is wonderful! I have tried almost everything on the menu and so at I haven’t been disappointed! I’ll admit, the wait times and the prices run a little high, but I seriously don’t even mind because the food is that good! I REALLY recommend the chikn bacn ranch burger or the rodeo burger because they are bomb. And if you like spicy stuff you should definitely try the hot Nashville fries! And don’t forget to ask for sauce because their sauces are pretty delicious. I have also tried their milkshakes and they are really good, but they are kinda pricey so I don’t get them very often. All in all, this is a really great joint to try when you’re in the area and it won’t disappoint! Also the food here doesn’t taste vegan, and it made my meat-eating family question whether or not they had used real meat in our burgers lol
I absolutely love Beleaf it is delicious! but it is a bit more expensive, than your average fast food. It’s great to take a meat lover who you want to introduce vegan food to! And my fav is the spicy chicken which is actually spicy and not just black pepper!!!

It would be nice if you guys could notify your customers that you're going to be randomly closed on a Saturday night. Also, don't post the same day "to come on by to any of our locations today" I don't live around chino and spent almost an hour in traffic to eat here. Now I know to never waste my time coming again. Not sure why you couldn't simply post on social media you're closed for the day. Last time I came they were basically out of everything anyway and they had just opened. Had 1 guy working the register and making all the food and it took forever. I enjoyed the food so I thought I'd give them a try again and see if they had the items they were out of last time. I would say if you're wanting to try this place call and check if they're open and don't trust they're hours or social media. I'm very unhappy to say the least this is basic business etiquette.

So we gave this spot another chance.. it was at least open this time. The employee lady was really nice.. but they're out of like everything, and the sodas totally flat!! I told the employee, she gave us another, but I explained (because she said she just changed the CO2) that she needs to let the soda run thru the machine so the CO2 could mix properly.. she didn't listen.. terrible, just terrible. Overall the food was ok, small portions for the prices and the boogie fries were too garlicky. I won't be back.. disappointed again
