Ordered food on the application it accepted my order and then I proceeded to the drive thru and was promptly told by a worker at 10:30pm that they were closed and that they never received my order even though my order went through to the app no problem. They claim short staffed and that they were “cleaning up and closed prior to my arrival “ already prior to their actual closing time at 11:00pm. Terrible service. Terrible customer service and what’s worse is that if I was to do this at my place of work and told someone that I couldn’t service patrons between actual business hours. I would be fired. America use to take pride in their work and workplace now it’s just ran by soulless workers who simply lack a sense of pride and would rather delicate to a refund process than actually providing a service. Sad times we are in and will be avoiding this particular location due to the lack following their company policy and guidelines.TLDR: On the other hand I expect that their kitchen must be spotless if they’re are advising customers business is closed during working hours and willNot serve you due to made up excuses by workers but workers can be seen messing around on their phone rather than serving patrons. Avoid if you value your time and money.

I got the jr whoppers that were $5.00 for 2. Without cheese. I brought 1 for my husband and me. It was really small I took 4 bites & it was gone. When I was going to college this was the place that I would eat at because I could afford it. But I will never go back because unfortunately my husband or me were not full. I thought McDonald's was bad. Because of their cheeseburgers were small but they are at least two sizes bigger than one Junior whopper. Plus I had asked for extra ketchup and mayonnaise lettuce and onions with no tomato. When I got home I had to cut up more lettuce put on more mayonnaise, ketchup because on one side there was nothing it was dry Never going back ?
Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Well I haven't eaten Burger King for years. I had got the crispy chicken ranch sandwich and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat which I didn't chicken was not crispy the sauce was gross I don't see why anyone intentionally eat at Burger
