Most of the cookies are raw in the center. If the goal is moist chewy cookies, they are compromising on actual doneness to try and do it. The chocolate chip cookie and the peanut butter choxolate cookie had a raw flour taste. The banana cookies were less cookie and more sponge, basically flat banana bread. The salted Nutella cookie was good and the sugar cookie with icing was good. 3 stars because the employees are nice and 2 of the cookies were good. Just not happy paying $25 for 6 cookies, and only 3 being edible, and 2 of those 3 being good.

This place posted too good to go bags at 1pm just for them to cancel my order. Maybe next time don't post these products that far in advance if you can't fulfill it. I won't be refunded for 2 weeks because of their lack of professionalism.

I really wanted to love this place! The flavor of the cookies were good but they needed more time in the oven, I'm confident at least one of our cookies were raw. I'm a big fan of soft cookies but these needed more bake time. Service was fine and the establishment was clean. I also appreciated that they sold drinks.

The service was great, the girls were super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very small and doesn't offer any seating inside or out, so it's pretty much taking the cookies to go. We personally didn't care for the cookies too much, which is why we have a 3 star review. They are similar to crumble cookies, but seemed even more doughy. We just didn't care too much for the flavor and consistency. That being said, if you do like cake cookies, and you're in the area, you can always give them a try. The service was great.

Most of the cookies are good. Store looks clean. I bought 1 dozen chocolate chip cookies and $50 worth of gift cards as donation for a silent auction. I would just like to comment that I don't like the design of the gift cards as there's no name of the store and just have the basic cookies for a picture. People won't know what they're bidding for. I hope they consider putting a logo on their gift cards.

Each bite was filled with delicious flavors, and the texture was perfect - soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The variety of flavors they offer is impressive, and their cookies are clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be returning for more!

I cannot say enough about the quality and flavor of the cookies from the Cookie Company! I ordered 4 dozen minis for a party that were the chocolate chip, monster, pink sprinkles and chocolate cookies and they went quickly! Not to mention the professionalism and kindness of the staff behind the counter on Saturday morning when I picked up. They had smiles on their faces and one even offered to carry my boxes to my car for me! I highly recommend!! I will be be a return customer for sure!!

Stopped by earlier and bought the pineapple cookie, they are delicious and the staff are all very nice, not like Crumbl where they don't even look up or smile at your when you come in. Well worth the drive to Chino from Diamond Bar.

I sure hope the owner of the Cookie Co. is reading this review? I was in the Chino Spectrum drving out to Walmart, when I passed the Cookie Co.'s corner shop. I made a U-Turn, parked, went in and ended up walking out with 2 cookies: The Key Lime and Chocolate Chip (includes light and semi-sweet chips). 1. I love the concept. 2. The cookies are great: unique. I put the co's concept on par with Nonthing Bundt Cake. Similar business model. 3. My experience was beyond spectacular: Ella and Alyssa were extremely customer service centric: patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond with genuine initiative.
