We spent $75 for a family of five after a long flight home. The food was terrible and we had to wait in the parking lot for it even though no one was behind us. The tortillas were dried out, the chicken burrito had no chicken in it, my bean and cheese burrito had no cheese, and the fries tasted hours old.

Worst experience ever, went in after work had to wait 15 mins inside to place my order. Employees kept ignoring us wouldn't even make eye contact. Order over $40 of food, got home to find out we were missing 2 burritos. My Quesadilla had no cheese and was hard not cut.

My French fries were overcooked and some were not cooked thoroughly I asked for some more they gave me more and it looked burnt maybe they need to change it cooking oil I asked to speak to the manager they told me they didn't have a manager and then finally I spoke to someone their name Cynthia the service was okay but the food was terrible

Went through drive thru they forgot our side of rice but put it inside the burrito the order taker confirmed what we said but food maker missed it: Good job on the extra cheese though. Only bugged that I had to drive back and get my rice cup.
Just okay. I ordered French Fries and ate one while driving out, and they were cold. Had to park and walk in to get some fresh and hot fries. Bummer!

I went to this location to location to grab a quick lunch. I used the Del Taco app in order to claim a promotion. However, when my order came. It didn't include the promotion. I told the cashier the order was missing items and he advised the manager. She then told me it wasn't part of my order. I tried to show her the app and emailed receipt showing the promotion, but she refused to look at it. She then told me maybe another location would honor the promotion.So I asked her to cancel the order since I had already "checked in" on the app. She told me that I had to use my phone and took my partial order away from me and put it behind the counter. I checked the app again, confirming it isn't an option since I'd checked in at the location for the order. I tried to show her that I couldn't and asked her how. She told me she wasn't good with phones. As there was another customer behind me that I showed the order to, she told me to not come back to that location. She was rude and unprofessional the whole time. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager and then asked if the rude lady was the manager. He said yes. She then threw my order at me again telling me not to come back.
