It's was disgusting back in the kitchen, the staff was so rude didn't even know who was cooking, whipping down counters in the back with the SAME gloves they prep the food with! Didn't get people's orders right.The manager (big nose with glasses) was offering discounts to people at the drive through because her daughter told her too! (Her Rude teenager was in the restaurant too!)This place used to be nice.

I asked for 3 tacos and they charged me for 5 when I went back to get the refund and the girl on the mic, forgot her mic was on and she was like “she said five Bruh” I get it I use to work for fast food and I know the headsets sometimes suck but don’t have an attitude about it . Mistakes happen i get that also!!! But to top it off I couldn’t even give the extra 2 tacos back the girl at the window with tattoos didn’t even look at me when she handed my card back and she closed the window all fast ! I let them know as well the mic was still on and I heard what they had to say and the girl at the window said it was the cook who said it and was speaking to her about it ! That wasn’t the point there was no need for an attitude !

The menu is expensive. I appreciate they have fries.
The people at the drive-thru acted as if it was too much of a burden to take my order. When I got back to work with my order, almost every part of my order was wrong. Not a great experience.

The only reason I gave this a one star was because the lady at the front who came out was exceptionally kind and really shows she has customer service experience as well as she was very kind. My fries came out cold even the cheese on the chili cheese fries could not melt everything was cold so I went in asking if they could be remade(nicely) the first girl walks from behind the counter and says "I'm on break sorry" so I wait a while and ask if anyone else is available and she tells me yes they are just avoiding the front.. that is terrible.. thankfully one girl who was also working the window came out and made fresh fries and remade everything for me. I wish I got her name because she was amazing.. I have no clue how break girl is still working with the customer service she showed. Very sad. Not to mention outside and inside look very depressing.

I don't come to this taco bell often because there is always an issue.1) there was one person in front of me at the drive thru and it took 15 minutes.2) ordered a del beef taco and was told they were out of meat 3) they didnt have any hot sauce. I was told this the last three times I've been there. How is that even possible
