Order #89.?We asked for our fries well done on both the chilie cheese fries deluxe and and a medium fry which total about $10 bucks. The fries were old and reheated until dried out ; and the Deluxe toppings were approx. 1 teaspoon all snug up in a corner of the container. This being our only meal of the day due to work schedules really disappointed tonight? This location has always served the community good food as long as I can remember. Night shift please do better, we work as hard as you do and deserve the taste we expect each and every time for our hard earned $.Tonight was just gross.I called to speak to a Manager and the fax was on.

On Sunday Feb.25 th at 11:45 am I ordered my lunch drive thru...So I ate my food in the car and I could see from my car a Del Taco employee washing with soap..using a pad and soap the dirty trash can..as she is using the hose the dirty water is at the entrance of the employee exit and the puddle is dirty too..This is a health issue plus it is being done right in front of cars entering to order at the speaker their food...The Mgr. did not come to phone so I spoke with employee that was helpful...but the Mgr. never gave name or tried to speak with me...Not a good Mgr.customer service..

Being from Florida, all I have to compare Del Taco to is Taco Bell, and I'll tell you there is no comparison.Restaurant after Restaurant I'm discovering that the Southeast businesses are garbage compared to out West. Del Taco is 10X better than Taco Bell. Denny's here is 10X better than Denny's in Florida. In-N-Out and Farmer Boys are 20X better than McDonalds and Burger King isn't even in the running.

Vowed never to return this place 3/3 times has gotten my order wrong maybe even 4 times very incompetent workers.
Came in when there was a rush, but despite that the morning ladies were all very polite and got our order out quickly and to our liking. Got my free coffee on the app and a free refill.
