The website was very easy to use to order, the delivery driver was one of the nicest people you could meet. The pizza was garbage. I have been trying to find good pizza and this is not the place. My pizza was burnt pretty badly around the edges and it did not taste very good. Even later on when I was just eating the cheese and topping off the pizza, it still did not taste very good. Oh well.

Place an online order through the Dominos App, 2 medium pan pizzas and order of cheesy tots, tots were over cooked and second slice of pizza my husband pulled out a long black hair ? very disappointed in our order. We did notify customer service, hopefully they will look into the quality control as well as checking to see if all employees are wearing hair nets, hair was pretty long!!

Don’t order here unless you want food poisoning and to be puking coming from a medical professional. My man ordered us pizza today feb 24 2024 and we got the wrong order for one of our pizzas ( the one that made me and my poor daughter sick ) she took a bite and said mommy it’s nasty I tried it ( she can be picky ) no she’s right it was so gross first it was looked like cottage cheese was on the pizza and there was no sauce just a cottage cheese type thing under the cheese . Yeah they replaced it after asking for a better review but his review stands if not worse now that you made me and our daughter sick .

I always order here and the quality has gone down to 0. Got cheese pizza for the kids and they missed the cheese has bubbles all over.
Rough to get an answer from them. Best they did was cancel the order. When asked for a manager was refused.

"We are closed try again in the morning" they say, 30 mins before they close. Can a manager pls fire the employees working tonight. This is why I stopped getting dominoes. It was good where I used to live but now in Pomona the employees don't care about service or their jobs.

Horrible food, I spent 70.00 on a delivery order and my pizzas were raw, the pepperoni only the top layer was somewhat cooked everything else was not cooked. The pizza wasn't even sliced properly since it's undercooked. So disgusting! I don't know why they're serving food like this. To top it off they didn't even give me a refund or offer to send me a new order they just credited me the pizzas.
