I have been coming to this restaurant on and off for many many years. Having moved to Hawaii I haven't gone in a few years. I was so happy that they are still in business. I was visiting family in Pomona and stopped by for dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed but we were able to get seating fairly quickly. We all ordered the same item which is the salmon roll. It was delicious and tasted fresh. I could have eaten 2 plates of it. I tried the yakisoba but was way too sweet for my liking. In Hawaii we eat it more savory. We were also given miso soup which was extremely appreciated considering it was a cool evening. service was great and prompt. I will definitely be returning when I am visiting family again.

I can't believe how they have 4.4 star reviews. Their tonkotsu ramen smells so bad and you will lose appetite instantly. All of the shrimp tempura in the rolls were too old that they were soggy and smells like oil from 3 days ago.Never going back.

Karla, was professional and friendly, explained my sushi plate as I am not your regular sushi client, great place .
Bomb!!! Came here with a party of 13 (knowing we would be a hot mess) the service was 100/100!!! Everything was perfect and it ran so smoothly. With a big family things tend to be a hot mess and mistakes are make but bravo Dono and their team! New favorite place ?
The seating arrangement was not very good, small dinning area. California/ sushi rolls were ordinary. The sesame chicken was terrible it was a weird chicken nugget looking pieces of fired chicken that we're breaded very bland and not what i was expecting asked if i could get something else on menu they did not like that and said no. I did not eat anything on my plate did not even touch it, Absolutely was not appetizing i would have been better off going to McDonald's and orderig some chicken Mcnuggets for alot cheaper. I Paid 130 dollars did not eat most of my meal just the meso soup. Fist time here and last. Huge mistake. Just my experience, food was not very good for what you pay.

This place is absolutely the best sushi I have had in the LA IE area. So friendly and the Seattle Roll is a must try! Very fresh!

I got this door dashed to me. It was packaged well. They labeled the outside of the container and used cardboard in between the packages for stability. Vegas roll: 4/5 the creaminess from the cream cheese and the tempura hit the spot. It's a huge roll. Definitely could not fit a whole piece in my mouth. The fish inside was baked a little which threw me off but it's probably because when you fry a whole roll the insides will get warm. Crunchy spider roll: 3/5 the albacore on the inside paired with the crunchy crab was okay. Grand roll: 2/5 I wouldn't get this again. The pieces fell apart, and the ingredients (shrimp tempura, imitation crab, and cream cheese inside, shrimp outside) while good on their own, were just okay together. It comes wrapped in soy paper. I didn't use the sauce, so maybe that's what I was missing.
