Went to get my pollo bowl no rice today! The young man who took my order, remembered me from previous orders and gladly took my order and went out of his way to make sure that it was correct! Anyone want to guess how much rice the girl in back gave me! She completely ignored the request. Expensive lunch to just throw away on a limited income!

Hello everyone, I want to put a zero star on this restaurant because I got the pollo bowl and right when I got home the chicken was so raw so I got gross out and give the rest of the bowl to my dog. My dog enjoy it more than me. When they say this is the worst location ITS THE WORST LOCATION DONT COME HERE ESPECIALLY THEIR CLEANING IS HORRIBLE PLEASE SAVE A TRIP AND DONT COME HERE JUST GO TO CHIPOTLE INSTEAD

There is always something wrong with my food when coming here. Today the chips were so stale we couldn’t eat them. It’s 11 am everything should be fresh you all just opened.Last time the soup was extra watery there was no flavor what so ever

I order Festive Family Meal via app, they prepare my food very fast, the front lady is very nice.
My son went to ER after eating here.. Definitely food poisoning.. I also got one.. I contacted the manager regarding -no follow-up Called multiple times.. no call back.. Do not go there!

The location on central and Philadelphia has the worst customer service in the drive through. The young lady was very impatient with taking our order. Everytime we ordered something her next question would be" is that it?" When we got our order and noticed the condiments we paid extra for were missing we were told they were in the bag when we had already checked twice and confirmed that they were not. Upon giving the lady constructive criticism, she smirked and said "yea,yea okay, is that it?". Definitely don't have to worry about me going back to that one
