I'm *SO* grossed out. I've been coming here since this place opened. They really had amazing staff, service, and food quality. I love how they have a diverse selection and how they pile on the food. However, I regretfully have to say that they're overall quality as a restaurant has gone down. The last few times I was there, they messed up my order; I didn't really care since they weren't huge mix-ups, but it's still annoying. I notice that the employees are all solemn and clearly hate working there, that makes me think that the owner doesn't value their experience in the restaurant. Sometimes, the employees have an attitude, but I usually brush it off because I understand what it's like to have a bad day. Yesterday was unfortunately the last straw for me. I went in at around 5:30pm and I was greeted by one of their employees EATING OVER THE FOOD. She was preparing herself a pita, had one of the sauces on hand, and proceeded to eat where the hummus is (reference photo). Her coworkers clearly didn't care about the food codes that were being broken, and that made me even more grossed out. It makes me wonder if they prepare the food in a safe, clean manner or not (most likely not). I'm not sure what happened to this place... I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere when it first opened. Maybe management changed and transitioned to the worst? Whatever the case, I'm not going to eat here anymore and I'm going to make sure to tell my loved ones to stay clear from Hummus Republic.

Incredible options, and an amazing approach to healthy and quality food. The price is a little high, but they absolutely LOAD on the options. The reason why they are missing a star from me is because the meat did not taste noteworthy, the fried eggplant was lacking in flavor, the couscous was undercooked and dry, and the sauces (other than the INCREDIBLE Moroccan hot sauce) were boring. This is a top notch spot for healthy options, but not my first go to.

Finally had the opportunity to try this place out! I'm not too familiar with Mediterranean food or items, so everything I had in this bowl was very new to me. Except for hummus and pita bread, but I'm so glad to have tried this place! I literally went on their online menu and ordered the bowl and basically chose one of everything LOL The online menu is extremely easy to navigate as well. So some things to note for my future visit (my personal taste): Along with organic traditional hummus, I really liked the zesty feta dip. I can skip the Tzatziki (white sauce). I really liked the chickpea croutons and the least favorite amongst it all was probably the couscous. Everything from their ingredients is extremely fresh, so I really enjoyed the quality of the bowl. The portion size is also really huge that I didn't even finish half the bowl, but I am excited to have it as leftovers for the next meal :) Also the sweet potato fries (waffle style cut) were really good and nicely seasoned!

Overall the food was perfect it's exactly as the reviews state chipotle but with Mediterranean food but exactly that. Now if you are trying to for authentic or hard core Mediterranean where they have a sweet grandma that makes the baklava from scratch this is not it lol But as far as delicious healthier and creativeness goes I love this spot The customer service was also a five stars The only reason why this review is missing one star is because my order was missing my side of felafel but negligence on my part as well I should have checked the bag before leaving but I was so hungry lol I would recommend the build your own bowl their steak in decent a flavorful felafel great a lil salt heavy but I liked it and definitely try the crispy chick peas Friend got the felafel pita wrap also really I will be back for my side of felafel on day!! wish I didn't live so far

We've been here twice and this place is already a favorite! I've tried the lemon chicken and the beef option and enjoyed them both. It's really worth your money, since you can add as many toppings as you'd like. It's a clean and healthy meal at a great price point. This place doesn't dissapoint!

Really enjoyed the chicken shwarma bowl!! So many veggies, hummus, and sauces to choose from. I asked the server for recommendations and they were very good. Portions are pretty big. Ate half for lunch and ate the rest for a late night dinner!! Tasted even better during dinner! Can't wait to go back!

This place was tucked in the corner so hard to see unless you're looking hard for it. It wasn't great and we won't be back. We were hoping to find a delicious quick Mediterranean place. The olives and meat were SUUUUUUPER salty.... it made the whole thing unenjoyable. 1 star because the place was really clean. 1 because the staff was nice. And 1 because the salad and veggies were actually fresh. The chicken was weird, not flavorful, just shredding, watery, and salty. (We got lemon and shwarma)I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was a hard pass moving forward.

Going here I thought it was going to be easy to order but you are given so many options it's overwhelming! The spinach wrap we ordered was delicious and I ordered a bowl but I was expecting like typical schawerma rotating on the thing but there wasn't that it's kinda like a Mediterranean version of chipotle where the meat is sitting on a warmer waiting to be scooped. I think the wrap was better than the bowl.. I was turned off by the lemon chicken because when she took the lid off it was like it was sitting in a soup... but overall the food was good and healthier than chipotle I think because th we y don't put rice in the wrap
OMG'ee!!! What a wonderful little gem. So clean and bright. Ordered online from my office, the process was super simple. Got to the restaurant and my order was just prepared. The food is bursting with so many different flavors, super fresh I will definitely be back! Staff is very kind and did I say how clean it was it's meticulous.

I was craving Mediterranean food and happened to stumble upon this place on my way home from work. The layout is kind of like chipotle where you stand on one end and choose what you want in a linear fashion. There are many options to choose from but I just wanted the traditional flavors today. The bowl is packed with healthy options and doesn't leave you feeling bloated or very full. I would come here again. Was hoping to have some lamb as my protein but didn't see it hopefully they add it in the near future.
