We love this place. The staff is super accommodating, and the manager let us do Happy Hour at the table one time because we were so many, and the bar was full.Great for drinks, wings, and spinach dip (10/10). The entrees are good, too. And so are the prices.We come here all the time.
This location shows a lot of potential but fails in regards to customer service. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. No hostess in sight. No bar tender behind the bar. I was left simply to find my own seating without being greeted by a single server when there were many running about. Did not feel like a personable experience at all.

The bar staff is always “on it” and friendly. The food is consistent and good. Special requests are dealt with as well as possible. The restaurant is alway clean.Vegetarian options: I like to order the Northshore Tacos and sub a chopped up veggie patty. With salsa and ranch - so good!Dietary restrictions: Subbing vegetarian options is easily handled.

5 stars for service snd 3 stars for food. The servers and service here is awesome. I still remember the first time I came here 3-4 months ago and the hostess was just on top of it as well as the servers and bussers.I had the Big Wave burger a few times and the beef patty didn’t taste fresh to me. Once I could actually taste and smell the blood that it had been sitting in which was a major turn off. My partner also started to feel sick from the deep fried food the first time we were here, which may have meant the deep fryer oil wasn’t good anymore.I tried the Moa Crisp this last time I went and it was decent. Nothing to write home about. If I were to try it again, I would probably ask for some extra condiments to enhance the flavor of the sandwich.

After a long wait time (trust me i know it is Saturday), 8 women were first put in the back in their booth that is kind of round. I got a chair and sat in that... when the waitress came, she too noticed that it was not a comfortable place. So she moved us to the empty area of tables, and that worked. Don't get me wrong, our waitress was a good one, but it got worse from there. Once we order dinner we waited for our dinner. And once it started coming out it was piece meals. What I mean is, one or two at a time, then 7 minutes later one or 2...I was 2nd to last and my younger sister came at 8 minutes after mine. She had to return it as who ever made it, did it wrong, it was soupy...so she ended up ordering tacos instead. Which took more time.I know this can happen, especially if you are short staffed..but it was pretty sad.. and I know I won't go to this Islands again..Sorry but not a great night out at the Islands
