That $20 Chicken special was on the cheap side no side were really small they were enough for a midget. Service was on the slow side and every time I go They're either out of butter or they're honey so you got to do a better job

The food was horrible. The chicken was old and dried out. The biscuits were hard as rocks. The food was not edible we had to throw the whole box away. We will never eat from this location again.

Infidelity goes on there at the KFC in Chino by some of the employees when they close at night.Alot of shady stuff is going on behind those doors,Believe me I know what goes on there.Married woman that work for the same KFC's owned by the same owner should watch out for a coward named "Adrian Rodriguez".He's a woman manipulater who can't get woman that are single so he goes after married ones.Hes a (home wrecker/Rompe Hogares).I heard he's after that green card.The manager Erika and supervisor Cynthia know what he's done there at the job and allow it.

Placed a big order on the app and ETA was 30 minutes. When I pick up the food, they "never saw the order". I waited 1 hour and 6 minutes for 15 pot pies and 3 drinks. My order is WRONG. All the workers kept staring at me and complaining about the big order even though I was the only customer. No apologies, absolutely nothing.
They're always getting my food wrong. When I order a drink is always flat. I get bad service they don't even care to check my food.

Highly recommended for their new product hot and spicy wings 8pcs for only $4.99！！！ I reduced one star cuz they forgot to put ranch sauce in my bag. But it is still yummy without dipping sauce. Pot pie is good too
