This is the second time that I have been to La Michoacana. The customer service here was great. The female employee who served me was courteous and friendly. I ordered a large Mangonade and a small Strawberry with crema For my daughter-in-law, Desiree. She enjoyed it. I also enjoyed my mangonades it was delicious and made just right. Love the strawberries and cream! Staff is really standoffish and it feels like you are bothering them. Great popsicle. We never stay and eat our dessert there, boring atmosphere.

I come to this location at least once a week. Very convenient for me because it's near my business and I like driving home with a nice treat from here. Everything taste amazing. The girls here and even the guy that looks like the owner are very welcoming but today something was different. Lady at the front (I'm assuming name is Brenda based on receipt) was very rude. Didn't greet us actually just look at us and rolled her eyes. Then I order two raspados and chips with queso. She didn't even make them right and we had to ask for lechera for one. Chips didn't really have any cheese. At the register her attitude was awful nothing compare to the other girls that have helped us in the pass. We all have bad days but shouldn't affect your work.

Worst location. I thought the one in Azusa was bad but this one is worse. I asked for a Manzana Loca. And they rang me up and so I did and waited about 10 minutes just get the Manzana Loca and it was nothing like it, it didn’t have the tamarindo cover on it. They literally just sliced the apples and put tajin and chamoy. The fact that I had to pay before even seeing it is crazy. I would of never bought that if that was the case. Never again.

The nacho cheese has no taste, they serve a small amount and charge extra if you want more, the esquite has more water than anything lol! Sorry but I Hated this place, don’t recommend it.

This location is by far the best compared to other Michocana locations. The quality of the ice cream surpasses other locations. For example, real coconut in the coconut flavor, and real pistachios in pistachio. The only downside is that they still use styrofoam. Fortunately, they are flexible enough to allow customers to have their ice cream in a plastic cup. The most ideal is if they switch to paper cups. Styrofoam aside, I commend the owner of this location for keeping the quality at its best and wish him the best success.
