The breadsticks are the best at this location because they don’t overcook them. The wait is super long like no other place and the employees take their time.Parking: Always hard to find parking in such a small lot

My husband ordered through their app for delivery and this is what we got. Unsliced cheese crust cheese pizza and uncooked dough. My husband had to put it in the over for couple of minutes for it to be edible. And the delivery driver forgot the cheese sauce!

I like this location, but lately it's been a hit or miss. They either put the perfect amount of ingredients or barely any. This particular occasion the amount of pepperoni was perfect but the mushrooms jalapeños and bacon were lacking. It's getting a little frustrating because I'm paying for those extra ingredients and to come home and see that there's barely any of what I paid for is a little disappointing

I came in tonight around 7 ordered my pizzas and waited the 15 minutes. When I went in to get my pizzas I noticed a worker with a orange shirt walk out, he looked like he had not showered or washed his shirt in months and no I'm not trying to be mean. I proceeded to let the workers know that their coworker looked like he needed better hygiene and if the manager didn't keep up with how they appear. They proceeded to tell me THAT IS THE MANAGER!!!! The general manager and owner of this store need to be on top of their employees appearance! I asked for a refund and walked out without my order.... Nope no thank you... Please make sure your employees have better hygiene and appearance they represent your business.

I ordered a lunch special but it was so horrible it had two labels on it .I also ordered another pizza.I waited 20 minutes.I'm ok with waiting but I do expect a good pizza not old ,grease ,not hot ,tasteless pizza I have not eaten in two days which I my choice.This makes me not want to buy there pizza ever again.Chubby girl at computer the whole time .tall young guy working ,cooking cutting and taking orders and giving out the pizza .So I understand he has no helJust went into Little Caesars 10 minutes before closing they would not make a pizza but they had four pizzas there at said waiting for order then lock your doors lock your doors where cows can I get pizza at this time

I think saying that this store location has slow/poor service is very GENEROUS. A pizza of this quality should NEVER take 56 minutes to make, cut, and box. All I needed was a cheap pizza that was " HOT-N-READY" for the kids. Instead I received a pizza that was in the warmers for at least 30 minutes and some bread sticks. Stay away from this place. You'll see that so many others would agree.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up, arrived at the time that it was supposed to be ready and I went to open the locker to get my order and 2 out of 3 pizzas were missing, went to check on them and they claimed they were in the locker and after checking they said “oh, someone probably stole them”. In order to open the locker you need to put the code they sent you and when I arrived they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t. Most probably they put the other two pizzas in the incorrect locker and someone else took them. The staff was of no help, no free items or courtesy refund was issue for making me and my family wait for an additional 30 minutes. The first pizza I received was cold by the time I got home. Also, we purchased a soda and wings on a separate transaction and they told me I couldn’t pay with a 20 dollar bill because they didn’t have change. However, a few minutes later they were taking everyone’s cash and giving them change. Whoever is managing this location you need to review your staff, because some of the employees you have definitely don’t want to work there.

I sent my son in to get a bestest pizza and when we got home, it was a regular pizza( we paid for the bestest) I’ve ordered from the app twice and still had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza and the second time I ordered the deep dish and received a regular pizza folded into the shape. I just need to go to the other location even though it’s farther.
