I'd like to start by saying I'm not one to leave reviews. With that being said I noticed a lot of bad reviews on their service In my experience this place is great. Clean and lots of healthy options. Food always warm and fresh. Good portions for the price. To top it off it's a family owned business. I am one to always support a family business. Check this place out if your in Chino and come support this family owned business!

We stopped by for dinner, this is one of our spots we eat at in the Chino Spectrum . The food is always good. The chicken is really flavorful.The service is friendly and we received our meal in a timely manner. I ordered a whole chicken to go. I was not really hungry at the time ,they also cut it up for you. All the meals are like homemade cooking. The prices are really reasonable.The place is not too big, but they got a lot of seating outside by the fountain .We enjoy coming here. There’s plenty of parking a shared parking lot with other businesses. ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALADJust a beautiful salad and OH SO YUMMY! Chopped Romaine lettuce with slices of carrots, thinly sliced almonds, tiny small pasta shells topped with crispy noodles, tangerine slices paired with their dressing and plenty of chopped chicken. *chefs kiss* So Good! I devoured it lol it is both fulfilling with a flavorful taste. The dressing is a little tangy and has a real rich flavor that enhances the salad. The blend of all the ingredients is really what makes this salad amazingly good.All the ingredients are prepared fresh. This restaurant is really small but has a homey feel to it. They have space inside to dine in and there is plenty of space outside to sit and eat as well. They constantly have rotisserie chicken turning for the freshest taste. And offer both dark and white meat.Customer service is friendly, fast and punctual. They were quick to serve my food and have it ready to go. Inexpensive, the pricing is fair for the quality of food they serve here. Very healthy options to choose from, I will definitely come back to taste their sides. So absolutely delicious! This is on our top list! The flavor of everything we ordered was amazing. And nothing was salty like food usually is when you eat out. The staff was super friendly and the portions are really good size! The pricing is very reasonable and everything was just so yummy.

Leaving a 3 star for the great friendly customer service, I hope I can change this to a 5 later. I have been coming to Louie's Chicken for decades. The last time I ordered doordash, the tortilla soup changed & it was sooo Bland. Havent ordered since. Fast forward to now, my friend wanted Lee's, So I thought I could give Louie's another chance. Was scared to get the soup, so I got the classics - chicken wrap w/bow tie pasta w/a side of potatoes and mac n cheese. I got the little last bits of the bow tie pasta w/no meat. I was ready to look that over Except EVERYTHING was bland. The food is sccreeeaaaming for even just a pinch of salt or pepper. I am writing this because I care about this business. I do apologize for writing a review like this. Again, the staff was so lovely, kind & polite. Please go back to the original recipes w/seasoning. Im sure they have the same products and the way they cook it is still good. Just Lack of taste is all. I would loooooove to change this review back to a 5!

I'm a local and have been coming to eat here for yearsssss. They are always consistent; I've never had a bad meal here. The chicken is always nice and juicy and I always get the bow tie pasta salad with a wrap. Sometimes even get a second side order of the pasta because it's sooooo good!

My husband has gotten the soup from here a few times and it was delicious. When I wasn't feeling so well I ordered the chicken tortilla soup to go and it was so delicious. I have been thinking about it ever since! The food was ready quickly and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

This is what I ask for when my husband wants to bring me something home for dinner. I love the Havana pita wrap with the banana, beans, chicken and rice. I know it sounds weird but it's sooooooo good! He always gets me the noodles (feta cheese, broccoli) and extra salsa. The pita bread is amazing! I can't get enough of this place!
