Unfortunately my experience here was not gratifying. I ordered the flat iron steak, ground beef and baklava. The flat iron steak was definitely "iron" hard. It didn't taste fresh nor did it taste like anything period. There was no flavor to it but a mere bland like taste. The baklava was extremely disappointing and old. The walnuts were old and baklava wasn't sweet at all. The ground beef was ok. Don't order the avo salad as it was not even good. The dressing was bitter. I see great reviews from other locations but maybe this location was off. Perhaps they don't sell much and have to store food for a longer period of time, hence my seriously old tasting steak and baklava. I don't recommend earning from here at all. Try it's competition on the other side of grand or maybe drive to eastvale/rancho for some fresh tasting meats.

This was my first experience at a Panini Kabob Grill, and I can say proudly my friends and I do not regret our decision to try this gem! I don't usually write yelp reviews, but this place deserved some credit after the content I felt after my first time here. They actually care here. As a new customer, I came in with a handful of questions and I feared they wouldn't be answered due to previous experiences at other restaurants. However, this was not the case, as the help was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations for customer service. At first I was nervous that I had too many questions and would look a bit ignorant because of my lack of knowledge. The staff dismayed all my negative feelings as they were comforting All my questions were answered by a kind gentlemen named Luis. He actually made some really good suggestions for my friends and I, none of us left unsatisfied. The chicken kabob was absolutely delicious and the salads here are perfect. Thanks for my great first experience! Will definitely be eating here again!

Not all Panini Kabob Grills are created equal. This Panini Kabob Grill is located at the food court in Cravings by 99 Ranch - it's tucked away in the back corner. I ordered the chicken wrap, which I've had at other locations. The chicken wrap ($11.99) comes with chicken, hummus, romaine lettuce, tomato, pickle with fresh mint and basil in a whole wheat tortilla. It also comes with either a soup or salad - I opted for their lentil soup since the chicken vegetable is unavailable here. The lentil soup was whatevs. There was no distinct flavor and it was a little boring eating spoonful after spoonful of lentil with an occasional guest appearance of a carrot or an onion every once in a while. I wish they had the chicken vegetable because that's my favorite. As for the wrap - twas not good. For whatever reason, they heated the entire wrap up - yes lettuce, tomato, cucumber and pickle and all. It made for a wilted/mushy vegetable situation. It was less than desirable. Please stop heating the wrap.

First off, this is located in the Cravings Super Market...I know it says it on Yelp, but for some reason I missed it and was confused trying to find it. Panini Kabob is my new favorite obsession. This was my first time trying this location. Service was eh, nobody was super friendly besides the person I picked my food up from. We waited 30 minutes for our food and when we did get it, it wasn't very hot. Falafel appetizer was very good! I've never had falafels before and I really really enjoyed these. They had a crispy outside and soft inside. These came out pretty hot. It came with hummus, tzatziki and pita bread. I've honestly had better hummus elsewhere. This one was a little thick for my liking, but I'm sure some prefer it that way. I loved the tzatziki and would order a big ol' tub of that. Pita bread was soft. The chicken kabob was delicious. My only complaint was it wasn't hot at all. Almost room temperature. Same with my bulgur wheat. I thought that was strange because I kept checking to see if our order was ready, and it wasn't. The bulgar wheat has sort of a tomato taste. I prefer the white rice, but was trying to eat better. I know their bastimi is delicious from past visits. I would definitely order this door dash, but I don't think I would eat there again. I do feel they are fairly priced and delicious, I just don't want to go on a date at a grocery store. The 3 stars is not based on the taste of the food...more the service, location and temperature of the food.

I am so happy they opened up this location I get this weekly for my family and order catering for all my events. The food is consistently delicious and the service is great and timely. The salmon Kebob are by far the best I've tried compared to any around.

Today was my first time trying Panini Kabob Grill. I'm usually a tough critic when it comes to Mediterranean food because most places I've tried serve super dry chicken and other food that tastes generally mediocre to me. PKG is not one of those places! Upon initial impression, I was bummed to see that they raised their Chicken Ka-Box price from $9.99 to $12.99. It wasn't until I tasted it that I realized it was worth the $14 I paid! The chicken was so juicy and paired so well with the vegetables. The vegetables weren't dry either! The combination of both the chicken and the vegetables was soooo tasty. It came with pita and a choice of hummus (I got garbanzo) and those were really good too. I definitely thought it was worth the price. My tummy was happy.

This was one of my favorite restaurants but unfortunately I was not very happy with my catering order. My chicken kabobs trays had much more vegetables then chicken. I was very disappointed. I contacted corporate office butnot much was done. I will never order catering from here again.

Tried it out for the 1st time, ordered a chicken kabob meal and steak kabob meal with the falafel appetizer. The meat and chicken was super tender with lots of flavor. The falafel was also great. Will go back and try the other meals

Good size portions! I chose the family meal with 2 skewers, avocado salad and basmati rice. Love the charred vegetables and chicken very tender. I joined the rewards program . Steven helped me out. Polite and friendly.

My husband and I came here after shopping waited over 30min for one salmon ka-box. I went up to them and asked for my money back they rushed to the back clearly forgetting to even start making my food. They came back to me saying the veggies are almost done. They didn't apologize for me waiting so I asked for my money back.

My family and I always order the Family Combo with 2 chicken skewers, rice, and avocado romaine salad. The food is always consistently good! We love ordering food here. The staff is also always pleasant. So glad we have a Panini in our neighborhood now!

Food is amazing and fresh with generous portions; customer service for phone orders is consistently impatient, borderline rude. When the latter is improved it will deserve 5 stars.
