ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ! Came here last Friday on February 9 about 5:30 PM. I ended up getting sick so I have not been able to Yelp this, first off we have been a loyal customer to this place for over five years and February 9 was the last time we will ever be here, my husband and myself and three of our children are out to dinner when my young son seven years old pulled something out of his soup attached are the pictures I couldn't even figure out what it was at first and I was stunned. I called the waitress over still confused I asked what the heck is this? And with a distressed face, she replied oh my gosh oh my gosh i so sorry I so sorry with her accent and said cook cut his finger and put that around it. I was mortified I was grossed out I was pissed off and then she said I can give another soup.I said no we don't want anything I said where is your manager and then she showed me the sign which I have pictured and you can see below I emailed three times no response, this is absolutely disgusting and gross. We've been sick, sick to our stomach we will never be back at this establishment again!!! For them to not even respond back to me, is even more disgusting! I've already left messages with the food health inspection of Chino there was literally blood on this bandage wrapped in whatever rubber that is!!!

The service attitude of this store really needs to be improved. The male waiter has a very good attitude, but the middle-aged waitress has an attitude as if you owe her money. We just wanted an extra glass of ice water, but the waitress never gave us ice water. In the end, I had to go over and ask her for ice water in person, but she responded to me with a disgusted look and a very rude service attitude. I did not leave a tip because the service here made us very uncomfortable! We will never come back again.

The pho here was delicious and the service was fast! It was cool because a small robot would bring the food out for the servers.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is kid friendly! High chair are provided.

Impolite young men who don’t know what it mean to be polite when you are being polite.I got it if language is a barrier , but being rude and insulting when you were being nice to explain repeatedly more than 5 times and still get the wrong extra add on to the dishes , when you politely ask if understood, but arrogantly think he got it.In return , when extra item requested were mistaken , quick to blame customer directly by staring and finger pointing in impolite manner without a smile on the face.Regular server will instead correct the mistake quickly and choose being rude. Owner of the shop point out there is noting he can do to correct his employee too ?

8/20/2023 the ladies are super rude today…came in placed my order Togo waited 45 min for my food..I asked the lady how much longer will it be “it take 15 min to cook the food” and rolled her eyes & no they are not busy at all…??

It is located in a plaza that needs some TLC. But, the food and service here is Great! After ordering food comes out quickly and it is hot. The bean sprouts, Thai basil, green lime wedges and jalapeno are all fresh. We ordered the bone marrow which is a lot of fun to eat if you are feeling adventurous. The bone marrow is very tender that you can use the chopsticks to remove the meat and tendon if the bone. This place also serves oxtail soup which is not shown in the menu but it is posted on the wall. This is a great place to grab some grubs quickly. The portion is also generous and satisfying.

This is my favorite pho place! I’ve tried many pho places but and always come back to pho island. The food is consistently good, always hot, and service is fast. The shrimp pho is my all time favorite. A must try if you’re in Chino!
