The service in general is very good, when you order delivery they hire DoorDash and that sucks they left my food on the floor and he never knocked on the door the delivery guy's name was Rick I talked to the manager Dani but he didn't do anything about

Pizza Hut is the worst. The website is horrible, the mobile app is worst. Then the locations, first don't bother calling. The locations do not answer the phones, it goes to an offsite customer service center who places the order or takes the concern in place of the staff. The speed of service is horrible to go along with their high prices. Don't bother.Save yourself the headache, if it's not free because of some school provided coupon, run away.

Customer service was amazing here not like dominos. The guy who worked here was really generous and seemed like he appreciated his job. This is the customer service I wish everyone got because people out there are needing of jobs and they don't understand customer service comes a long way. Keep up the hard work and much appreciated the curiosity to go further and be nice to people.

Watch yourself at this place. Placed an order, that Edward decided to cancel because it wasn't picked up within the hour, when order was due to be ready in 20 mins. They didn't even bother to call before canceling. Which means they didn't even make it after 30 mins. So they put the order in when I arrived and had to wait. Why provide a name and number if it's not going to be used. I was in a hurry and now have no choice but to wait for the order. Not happy.

I used to enjoy their pizza only for their pan pizza crust. Seems like the quality has gone way downhill since I last came. The crust was hard and chewy as you can see from the photo. I remembered it being crispy, light and airy. And what's up with the ham pieces being cut into strips like that, totally unexpected and not in a good way. Service was not the best, waited a minute or so before someone noticed I was at the counter. In terms of chain pizza restaurants I think Dominoes has better quality and tastes a lot better.
