Amazing food. Fantastic service. We sort of came here by accident---but it was a pleasant surprise! The cucumber lemonade is a must try. The breakfast potatoes and Mac n cheese are also really good. I got the strawberry shortcake pancakes and I can see why it's under "shareable" because it was a lot of food! Definitely go check this place out!

Can you say ultimate FLAVOR? This new place in Chino is just what we have been looking for! Cajun Southern cooking at its best. As you walk in you immediately feel the warmth and friendly atmosphere. As you look into the kitchen you spy one of the cooks jamming to sounds of sizzling and cooking. The vibe is a lil motown (I was singing to the music, sorry guys!) and a lil home with the warm atmosphere of a family breakfast. THE FOOD!!! We saved the best for last.... I had chicken n biscuits. The most perfect fried chicken and buttery biscuits but what makes this meal is the hot syrup! The PERFECT combination of flavor and depth. Husband had Shrimp and grits and refused to share! But managed a taste. The flavor builds as you taste and its probably the very best breakfast we have ever experienced. I promise you will not be dissappointed!

My little family and I were looking for a new breakfast place and we found it! I ordered takeout we got the strawberry shortcake waffles, the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and the mini French toast bites , let me just say the waffles were the best we've had!! Usually when ordering waffles for takeout the waffles are soggy but nope not these they were so good and crispy everything about the waffles were so good perfection they even separated everything in separate containers so that way our waffles werent all soggy I didn't even have too ask them to do that , the ultimate breakfast sandwich was so big and good ! My daughter loved the French toast bites so good and fluffy cooked too perfection , I was greated by a nice young lady right when I walked in with an amazing attitude friendly very good customer service , all in all this place is our new breakfast spot I highly recommend!!

This is probably some of the best breakfast spots I've been to in a really long time. R&R is definitely a hidden gem and it's tucked away in a little plaza so you'd never know it's there if you drive past it. R&R is one of those spots you consider gate keeping and only tell your close friends about. From the moment you walk in the door, you are hit with an aroma that tells you, "oh this kitchen can throw down". Honestly there were a lot of options for me to comb through but the front of house staff were very kind and helpful. Most importantly they didn't make us feel rushed at all. The "Lemonade Guy" was also going around promoting their lemonades and I absolutely loved his energy. Now the food. It was perfect. Seasoned very well and they put a lot of attention to their food. I would say the most surprising thing was how well seasoned the sides are. Most of the time the sides at other spots are okay and tend to be on the bland side. It was definitely not the case at R&R. The breakfast potatoes are to die for and the waffle reminds me of an eggo waffle, which brings me back to childhood. The Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious, if anything it needed a touch more salt, but that's just my personal preference. The chicken was phenomenal. It was crispy and juicy at the same time which is what you want in a fried chicken. I'd recommend utilizing their hot sauce. It's pretty heavy on the vinegar but it helps cut the fattiness of the chicken and brings some balance to the dish. If you have to get anything here, I'd say you have to try the lemonade flight. The regular lemonade is pretty large but the flight comes in 4 little jars and they are all very delicious. A little too sweet for me, but if you ask for a cup of ice, it helps mellow out the sweetness a little bit. Again the sweetness is a preference thing, but I could see how most people would enjoy them. They are very refreshing and paying an extra couple dollars to get a variety of different drinks is worth it. Plus it is aesthetically pleasing.

Hello , this was my second time at this restaurant and I must say the food was just okay. The first time the food was amazing !! I brought two new ppl to the restaurant because they had seen your place on Facebook and heard from different ppl how good the food was. We arrived about 11 am and noticed that the restaurant was not clean. The floors and the mats on the floors were filthy. We also noticed the Hispanic female cashier chatting with a young man which seemed to be someone she knew very well. The cashier in between customers would go to where the young man was sitting and on numerous occasions eat from his plate. There were probably about nine customers sitting and eating at this time. She seemed very comfortable doing this and I'm wondering wow she probably didn't even charge him! I'm thinking that is so very unprofessional and I'm sure the owners don't know this is going on, but employees get comfortable when no one is watching them. My guest also noticed the heavy set female cook was re-cooking fried chicken. I'm thinking in order for it to be hot, but ppl that are patronizing your restaurant think they are ordering freshly cooked food. People can tell when food has been recooked to the point it taste old. Lastly my guests were curious as to why they have to look at your supplies stacked in the corner by that beautiful sign and let's not forget the mop, broom, dustpan outside the men's restroom. That is just an accident waiting to happen. This is a very popular restaurant which can attract huge crowds of different ppl, but with things like this happening you are going to lose business. Ppl will start spreading the word of all the negativity with this place. The restaurant is nice, but I think the employees have become too comfortable without supervision. I'm sure if they knew the owners were coming in the place would be spotless. Someone needs to be in charge and everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions. In the end this your restaurant which I'm sure you want to grow. Thanks for your time

Everything is good here. Delicious home cooked meals. I'm crazy about the chicken and grits. My only complaint is that I don't live closer to eat it more often. You will love it!

This is one of my top 5 breakfast places to eat, matter fact I would say it’s number one! I love R&R, their lemonades are to die for! It’s a cute intimate hometown feeling restaurant. You must check it out. Bring your patience, everything is made to order.

Hoping to like this place but the food was OK. Service ok , and not sure if its a self serve as it comes to water and condiments. Also expected more for coffee the $5 coffee they charged. Can get a better cup at McD.

This is my LITERAL favorite breakfast place. Everything here tastes so fresh and SO good. Also, the fact that it is a black-owned business that plays old skool music and has black chefs cooking the food reminds me of going to my aunts house back in the day for some home-cooked meals. Every server I have had has been attentive, kind, and chill, so I have no complaints there. I would recommend going during the week, as the weekends there can get kinda crazy but other than that, it's my favorite place to get great breakfast! P.S. try the "Hattie" with pancakes

My wife showed me R & R, since she knows I love southern food. As soon as we entered we were greeted and shown how the ordering process works. The restaurant was nice and clean and felt inviting. My suggestion would be to order the Spicy Catfish and Grits. Best Grits I've had in a long time. I'd definitely come back!
