I'm not a burger guy but their burger is really good specially the one that I had, the smoked and pepper burger. Chicken salad was big enough for 2-3 people. The fish and chips wasn't too great but okay. It was a Sunday, expecting a lot of people but it it wasn't. So service was fast and people were courteous. Josh, our server, checked us out often to see how we're doing and that was a plus for us. It wasn't too noisy inside and the place looked clean and orderly. Will definitely be back.

After ordering From this restaurant, the first time we received fries, they were ice cold It happens , The next day we ordered, we didn't get fries ... No problem let's call Red Robin and see if we can get our fries. But after them telling us over and over again that they gave us fries and pretty much calling us liars And they can't help us resolve the issue And can't even sell us garlic fries Probably because it was close to closing, I was hung up on 3 times apparently by 3 different people because everyone kept saying it wasn't them. I was not able to get a manager's name Or make an order over the phone I don't know how this business stays in business with the customer service and their lack of wanting to sell french fries

ADRIAN IN THE BAR IS A HORRIBLE SERVER. HE'S VERY RUDE, HAS AN ATTITUDE AND MADE A HANDICAPPED PERSON ORDER FROM ANOTHER SERVER BECAUSE HE STATED HE DIDN'T HAVE TO SERVE ME. IT WAS DEFINITELY AN INCONVENIENCE TO GET FROM SITTING DOWN IN A BOOTH IN THE BAR TO GETTING ONTO MY ELECTRIC SCOOTER TO ORDER FROM THE FRONT TO GO BACK AND SIT DOWN WITH MY CO WORKERS.

Red Robin is always amazing. The Whisky River BBQ burger has been my favorite for years. On this visit (2-29-24), the burger was a little lacking, it wasn't 100, taste not on point. Everything else was amazing including other food and service.
Restaurant staff leaves so much to be desired. Poor attitudes and poor management. When you have 20 empty tables and all your waitstaff is all sitting around drinking redbull, you should not be told it will be 2 hours to be seated. After offering multiple solutions like splitting our party in 3, it seemed they really just didn’t want to serve us
I've been to this location several times, but this time was the best. Miguel was my server and he was so amazing. Such a dazzling person. I had asked a different server for a side of the awesome fondue bacon cheese dip and I didn't get it, but that's ok, I didn't really need it.Miguel was really attentive as I said and he was totally understanding when my friend told him they were lactose so he made sure to put that note in on the order. If for no other reason than the amazing service given by our server I'd still go anyways. Always great food. ?
