I was disappointed. The barbacoa de borrego was flavorless, the same as the consome. The salsas were plain and not good. At $27 per pound of barbacoa or pancita I was expecting a lot more, flavor wise, but I insist, the barbacoa was just boiled sheep meat. Not barbacoa at all.
