This spot is definitely one of our top 3 Ramen, karaage and Japanese style fried rice. Me and my girl have gone to a lot of ramen shops in Cali and this is by far in our top 3 stops. Also super reasonable price and portion. Also ask or get the karaage spicy mayo type of sauce. It bangs.
Came here New years Eve and man is this place good! The noodles are good and the broth is super rich and flavorful, service was quick and it's all at a reasonable price. Recommend the hot green tea, volcano ramen and chashu ramen.

We always try to come here for ramen when we're craving it! They always have great food and the owner and employees are always nice and happy to serve there! My go to is the curry beef ramen, but finally broke the habit of trying the same and had the Tan Tan ramen with the popcorn chicken and was delicious! Mooched off of a friends Volcano ramen and definitely will get that next time! ?

Food is authentic and you can't really get that type of food around here. It was delicious. I always get the chasu-don and melon cream soda. The place is family owned and always extremely nice. Hope they have the fried ice cream more! They also have the mala hot pot which is pretty rare in this area. My family loves this place and we go there often.

This review should be 4.5 stars but rounding up to 5 cause this place is cool.The boy & I went to Silverlake Ramen down the street first. They told us it was a 30-40 minute wait as there was 6 parties in front of us but only one cook for the night... NAHHH no thanks.We Googled restaurants around the surrounding area and found Song Chan. They had a good rating so off we went!I got the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. They serve the clear broth version here. The soup was sooo so good. Not salty, full of flavor and peppery. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The beef was good but the tendon was a bit on the chewier side. I believe it's a $1 extra if you want the pickled veggies on the side.My friend got the tonkotsu ramen with boiled egg on the side. The chashu pieces looked so delicious, I was a bit jealous :') they were round big pieces!! He also asked for yellow noodles and said it tasted yum! The egg was boiled perfectly- slightly runny yolk.The gyoza looked like they were fried by pros. I didn't get to try but my friend said it was pretty good.The one thing that was disappointing was our drinks. I got a passion fruit green tea and he got a mango green tea. They both tasted like they were 20% sweet. It wasn't that bad but as a boba lover, it was :(Both of the broths were not oily at all either. He usually doesn't finish the soup but he did that night!Went on a Sunday night around 8PM. No one else was there :( but 3 parties came in around 8:30 :)The restaurant is located towards the middle of the plaza. Lots of parking spots during the night. It's connected to a medical building so parking may be less during the day.It seems like this place has Taiwanese flavors infused (Taiwanese sausage rice and popcorn chicken!!) so we're definitely coming back to try out all their other stuff!

I enjoyed the Volcano ramen and wow it was amazing Service is above and beyond and you'll feel like your a guest in someone's home treated with hospitality and moreAmbiance is also good as there are delicious looking pictures on the walls

First time to this place and the ramen was pretty good. My wife got the volcano ramen extra spicy. And it was really spicy. If you like your ramen really spicy this one is for you. I got Chashu ramen and love the soup was really hot. Just the way I like it. Plus, they give you the whole egg not half as shown on the menu. I wish they give you more soup. We also got the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. And that was great. The server was very nice. Will come back for sure. We saw many other food posters on the wall and they all looks so good. Will try some next time we come back.
