I walked into the chino location on Riverside drive and mountain and was surprised to find that there were only two people in the store a lady at the register and myself. This was going to be quick and easy. NOT! I stood waiting for the cashier and the friend that she was helping talk for 7 minutes about school while I'm standing there waiting to place my order, mind you there is 5 people on staff literally standing around while I'm waiting to place my order. The customers transaction was complete so i waited and then one of the other workers opened the other register to finally acknowledge me. Order is placed and it took another 6 minutes to make my drinks because that person was also joining in on the conversation that was taking place behind the counter and center of the store. The owner or Management needs to do better with customer service and teaching their staff professional etiquette in a business. I will not be returning to this store ever. Do better.

I just left this place because I came to get a coffee and the girls just ignore me for about 3 minutes. I saw them clearly looking at me and now of them even said hi. They pretended that they were working. LolAt least say hi and let the costumers know they are not ignored that is really rude.

We came in to this Starbucks on a Saturday late morning. It was busy but the baristas were courteous and accommodating! The restrooms were clean and this location has games and a big main dining room table. Our drinks were fresh and the food we ordered was also fresh!

I'm mute, so I usually use my phone to order through the app. On the rare chances that I don't have a Starbucks gift card, I would order through my notes app and show them words.I understand how it can be annoying to just be flashed a phone, but the workers (cashiers and baristas alike) are very friendly. You can tell they are pretty close to not only one another, but also with the customers as well. As someone who has stayed at the location for hours or just an hour in-between my shifts, all the workers are very welcoming to everyone and some even know certain customers by name.Thank you to all the employees who are not only accommodating to me, but also such a joy to the employees.

Poorly made Coffee with a side of drama. I'm an avid Starbucks dribbler; it's my happy place in the a.m. Hadn't been to this location in a while and it's bad. Went in, I waited for a few minutes (totally fine). Overheard drama from one of the girls (she didn't have a name tag couldn't get her name), she was talking very loud how she had been scheduled to work at 9 one day and wasn't her time to work ever just because (the manager) didn't want her to attend and even because it would be weird. Finally got to order simple: 2 iced coffee, light heavy cream, 2 shots of sugar free vanilla. Getting them I knew they were wrong, gave the girl benefit of the doubt. Tasted like pure heavy cream. Looked at the tag they had added heavy cream and 1% milk. Ended up going back and they looked at me like I was wrong. Then more drama. There was a guy, previous girl who made my coffee, and someone named Becca (got her name from name tag) talking about how they didn't want some other girl to be transferred to this particular store. The same girl who made my coffee asked if I wanted to taste it, I politely declined since I was expecting it to be made correctly this time. Once again: tasted like pure heavy cream. Tossed half of it away because it had zero coffee taste. Maybe if they weren't so into their drama, they would pay attention to what they're making.

My local Starbucks ♥️ it's always clean, quick but tends to run quicker and Smoother when Noah is there.He'll greet everyone as they walk in and if he knows you by name he'll greet you by name .He's great.

I love Starbucks I go to different stores depending the closest one to me. But this time in this one, they give me the coffee almost half not full. I ask for Splenda and give me just one. But overall everything is great. I'll keep going to Starbucks one minor think don't make a different. Thanks ?

I called to delay my order and the manager at the time, Jordan failed to let the other baristas know and my order sat there all sad looking. BUT today barista Lavender came through made amends. This is my local Starbucks and they always been good to me and even Lavender remembers my order so it's good to know they care about their clients ???
